Beautiful View!
Pros:

I loved that the hotel was right by the lake. The view was amazing and I'd come back just for that alone. Also the restaurant (which had great food) being next door was super convenient. It was pretty quiet and the staff was polite & helpful.

Cons:

I wish the room was a little more updated. The vanity was super tiny making it difficult to spread toiletries out. The walls/carpeting look older, but these are just cosmetic and not a deal breaker. My only real gripe is the wording regarding breakfast. It is shown on booking.com "breakfast included" however this is not exactly accurate. You get a $10 voucher for each day you stay for breakfast. When I see included, I think it is already part of the hotel price and I won't have to pay for it again. So when I received the vouchers I was a little surprised. The breakfast was excellent, however after the cost of food, drink, taxes, & gratuity the voucher barely makes a dent in the bill.

Relaxing and rejuvenating and just a few miles from downtown Lake Geneva.
Pros:

I have stayed here many times over the years, through management changes. The view of Lake Como from every single room cannot be beat, and the room itself is well appointed. For Sunday night stays, the breakfast on Mondays is "continental" but efforts have been made to make it quite comprehensive. Room was newly remodeled.

Cons:

Outside stairways show wear (exposed to elements), ice machine didn't seem to work, room shower sputtered consistently. But these were minor inconveniences! The attached restaurant has stunning views as well, with a good menu and super friendly staff.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great food, perfect location.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Each table has a view of lake como. Fresh squeezed orange juice, terrific biscuits with honey. Great coffee. Delicious.

Cons:

I changed rooms from 101 to 110.
After Alot of debating .the tub stopper in first room did not work.firwpkace worked .jets in tub worked.i was really looking forward to using after long hard days .

My second room ,the fireplace does Not work
Tub stopper worked ,but turn on jets ,they Do Not work .

Pillows were ok .bed was stiff for my comfort .
Main problem I had is jets and fireplace.
I wanted my money's worth.

Was also a very nostalgic trip for me a Much needed mini vacation .
But all in all disappointed.

Pros:

I have stayed here many times over the years. I enjoy the property, the views, outside sitting, fireplace and welcoming emails even before your visit inquiring on how they might be of assistance for anything. The rooms have been decorated in what I would call a minimalist mode. The lights are very bright especially the vertical bar light. It’s pretty annoying that there isn’t one lamp that is able to be dimmed down in the room. There is Roku streaming and plenty of apps,however, you need to bring your passwords in order to access. I am not a wiz at TV access but I could not get a local channel or anything. Even so, I had a lovely time and will go here again. Looking forward to maybe some light and photo or two warm up decor.

Cons:

It’s hard in the winter to deal with so much minimalism in this space. A warm blanket on the bed. A warm photo, or a light that dims would be so welcome
