Great location with good restaurant but the entire hotel inside and outside needs rehabbing with mo.
Pros:

Rehab needed. Peeling paint everywhere. Extremely small bathroom without a single hook to hang clothes.

Beautiful Inn- Gorgeous Location
Pros:

Nice location close to downtown Lake Geneva without the crowdedness of being right in; beautiful buildings & rooms overlooking the lake; very clean; staff very friendly; restaurant on-site was excellent; comfortable mattress

Cons:

My only complaint were the pillows on the bed- small in size and no firmness to them at all

Pros:

I think the hotel is in a good location. I loved my room. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I also liked the design of the room and color scheme.

Cons:

I didn't like the outside of the hotel. It was very old and needed a lot of upgrades. It looks to be falling apart..The stairs were very worn and looked unsafe. There was an overbearing number of bugs under the stairs and on the balcony. I think they should power wash them off.

Emplacement au pied du lac. Chambre face au lac. Terrasse face au lac. Confort et silence de l'hôtel.
La mise a disposition d'un cayak et d'un Pédalo. La gratuité pour ce baigner, ce qui n'est pas le cas au lac de Geneva 10$/pers

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était parfait et très copieux, mais il n'y a qu'une prise en charge partielle, c'est sous forme de bon de 12,5$/pers pour un coût de 10$/ pers en plus

Overall, it was a lovely stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, however, it does not come with the reservation as you advertised. We were given a $10 coupon for breakfast on one day.

Pros:

The room was spotless; the scenery was excellent - a modern facility in an old time location! A couple of good dining options within walking distance.

Cons:

The reservation said breakfast was included; in reality, it was only a $10 credit person on a fairly expensive menu that didn't start serving anything until after 8:00. The young staff did not seem very knowledgeable about simple things like take away breakfast. When the coffee shop did open, the wait staff was 1st in line to get silly beverages - not impressed.
