Sara was very pleasant checking me in…. Lucy is the best!! Always look forward to seeing her. My room was one of the many renovated rooms…Very pretty and clean!

Pros:

We stayed in the John Dillinger Suite.
The room had everything from king size bed, fireplace, refrig/freezer, Jacuzzi for 2, walk in shower in bathroom, bonus outside balcony facing Lake Como with spectacular view from balcony or the dock. The restaurant spot on great food breakfast or dinner .

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Great location with good restaurant but the entire hotel inside and outside needs rehabbing with mo.
Pros:

Rehab needed. Peeling paint everywhere. Extremely small bathroom without a single hook to hang clothes.

Beautiful Inn- Gorgeous Location
Pros:

Nice location close to downtown Lake Geneva without the crowdedness of being right in; beautiful buildings & rooms overlooking the lake; very clean; staff very friendly; restaurant on-site was excellent; comfortable mattress

Cons:

My only complaint were the pillows on the bed- small in size and no firmness to them at all
