Pros:

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and welcoming! Only issue I had was the bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans.

I would find somewhere else next time. Customer service is something that should never be skipped
Pros:

I wasn't greeted walking in.
I was looked at like I was interrupting her from something.
Then she had to leave to check if any rooms were available even though it was a reservation.
Honestly I've had better experiences at motel 8. I just didn't want to put my kid in one.

Cons:

The furniture in our room was broken/wobbly.
Varnish was peeling off the nightstand. The bathroom leaked something bad. It just wasn't what I was expecting from a Marriott.

Things that Were Fabulous and Freezing
Pros:

Close to hospital. Mom had an early morning appointment. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin, and our room was freezing! 🥶
Not sure how it would be fixed as the vent is only over in the bedroom section, not the entire room. It did make the stay quite miserable.

Great Location for a nice Hotel in Gainesville GA!
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The free parking is nice. The size of the room as good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Items I asked for at precheckin where not in the room when arrived. Taste of the juices was weird and may be the water used.
