Très bon rapport qualité / prix et à 2 pas du métro et du tram pour accéder au centre ville.
Petit déjeuner un peu limité en choix mais le prix est bas.

Nice friendly staff and for me the location is amazing. Used to live in this area. I've never had complaints when my friends used to stay here

Arkadaşımla birlikte 1 gece kaldık.Resepsiyonistler çok yardımcı ve arkadaş canlısıydı.İngilizce iletisim kurabildik özellikle kadın resepsiyonist çok tatlıydı.Sadece otel konum olarak biraz merkeze uzak bu da fiyatinin uygun olmasini sagliyor.Oda temiz ve duzenliydi.

Mükemmel. Yenilenmiş , Kahvaltı dahil. Personel çok iyi. Konum güzel. Otopark yeri var.Tavsiye ederim.

Property was perfect . Room was awesome . The only thing I think they can do better on is the breakfast. 3/10 for the breakfast. Anything else was good.

Breakfast was poor in my opinion as there was a lack of variety and no obvious staff around to ask where to get bowls and cutlery from for the cereals. Everything else, however, including the room, service from the staff, and hotel itself was perfect for my short stay in Sofia.

Staff are very approachable and room is clean but carpet needs changing. Breakfast is good.

It is a moderate accommodation. Clean and cozy. It is worth it for this rate.

Decent hotel at a good area. Hotel seemed to be recently renovated. Room (junior suite) was good with a tv set in each room. All the basics existed. However, something sticky was on a surface, showing inadequate cleaning. Breakfast was rather poor than decent.

Had a pleasant time, quite clean room, a bit off center but I was with a car and there is parking so that was convenient. Overall had a nice time.

Courteous and helpful staff. Well kept and tidy rooms. Parking was a pain to find everytime you go in and out. Valet service would have been helpful.

It's a good option for our family stay, warm and easy access with FREE street parking.
The staff hosting us was very friendly and helpful.
There are Metro station nearby with walking distance.

It is as described. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Just the bath tub is a little but old that I dont want to bath in it. I just took a shower. The area of the hotel is safe and have quick access to tram and metro

The hotel itself was quite nice clean and spacious.

The area however not so nice and our first experience was outside the hotel where a woman who was completely topless screamed at my girlfriend for no reason. On checking in at the hotel I handed my passport over which was in a case the lady at reception pulled my passport out and ripped the photo page and didn't say anything carried on as normal not even an apology.

This hotel was fairly priced however has now turned to expensive after having to buy a new passport as she ripped it.

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. The rooms are tidy, clean and spacious. They offer a huge and tasty breakfast that will delight you. Besides, a huge plus for us was the staff, they were very sweet, kind and helpful. I strongly recommend to stay at the hotel when visiting Sofia.

Hotel Geneva where to start.
I highly recommend this hotel if your thinking of a trip to Sofia -we booked a larger room & have been soo happy with our room, it’s spacious the wifi is great, lovely bathroom with a bathtub & shower, hot water is plentiful.
Maid service is excellent spotlessly clean & lovely soft but crisp sheets ( a huge factor for me as I’m an insomniac ) bed also really comfy.
Staff are all really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is buffet style and enough choice.
Hotel Geneva also has a restaurant attached which is a wee gem, we had the best home cooked food here and our best meals in Bulgaria for sure were at this restaurant - all freshly cooked and full of flavours the grilled mushrooms were the best Iv ever tasted in my life! Again fab service.
There are a couple of restaurants just a short walk from the hotel and Don Vito was our favourite, also there is a few pharmacies within walking distance some other little shops, and a good supermarket again within walking distance of hotel Geneva.
We are so glad we did not book a hotel actually in the city centre of Sofia - there is a metro service & frequent buses if you wish to venture further afield but we just wanted to walk, chill out with our books and catch up with some work during the days.

My one minor gripe with the hotel is our room had a shared balcony with the next door room, we had some beautiful sunny weather during our stay and it was soo pleasant to sit out with a book but not ideal if the room next door is occupied and the occupants want to sit out also - we were fortunate the next door room was not occupied for the whole of our stay and I guess there is no way around this if you book the bigger style room like we did, like I said it’s only a minor gripe and the only reason I did not give hotel Geneva a score of 5…
