l'hotel è sotto ristrutturazione e non viene segnalato, questo comporta una sporcizia nelle parti comuni e un rumore costante di trapano durante il giorno. Il personale è piuttosto scostante, la colazione povera e il servizio lento. Davvero il peggior dove ho soggiornato a NYC. In camera si gela e quando si alza il riscaldamento il motore che continua a partire e interrompersi fa un rumore assordante. Pochi prodotti in bagno e tutti profumati al melone(un uomo non si farà mai la doccia con una roba del genere), direi che la quarta stella è più comprata che meritata...

Camera sporchina. Lenzuola non pulitite. Hanno mandato per pulirci la camera, mentre noi aspettavamo fuori.. MERAVIGLIOSO, perché volevamo riposare prima della serata. Stanza piccolissima per 3 persone. Sofocavamo. Vicino a noi c'era una porta che non a smesso di sbattere per 3 ore😢(stanza dei addetti alla pulizia)Deposito restituito con fatica, ma questo l'ho notato dappertutto.

This place has zero customer service and customer appreciation. Front desk staff was very rude and not willing to accommodate for their own mistakes. Never will i go back to this place.

Both elevators would always arrive at the lobby at the same time. Happened like 4 times. I wonder if the elevator algorithm could somehow be improved
La ubicación y la atención de algunos de sus empleados. En particular los chicos que atendían en el desayuno Nick y Aubrey muy serviciales, atentos y de una calidez humana excepcional.
Muy buena predisposición de Luz María quien nos mantuvo la habitación en buenas condiciones a pesar de la suciedad del hotel por la obra en curso.
La mala predisposición de parte del personal Jessy y la manager a cargo que de forma arbitraria hablaron con Booking a nuestras espaldas, argumentando malos comportamientos de nuestra parte y cancelando la reserva sin ninguna indicación.
Al consultarles nos dijeron que ellas no habían sido y al hablar con Booking la atención al cliente si nos dijo que habían hablado desde el hotel.
Al hacerles notar esto, reconocieron que si habían hablado pero que fue un “mal entendido” que nunca habían querido cancelar la estadía.
Todo esto surgió porque reclamamos que nadie de Booking ni del propio hotel al hacer el check in nos notificó que el hotel estaba en obra. De haberlo sabido hubiésemos reservado en otro hotel.
Muy poco profesionalismo por parte de una cadena hotelera como el hyatt.
Situaciones por las que pasamos:
Demoras en uso de ascensores poruqe siempre estaban ocupados con personal en obra subiendo revestimientos, polvo, materiales y demás accesorios de obra.
Comedor restringido con lonas por estar en arreglos.
Polvo por todos lados.
Ingreso de la gente por puerta principal que quedaba siempre abierta generando un frío extremo en horarios del desayuno.
Ruidos extremos en horario del desayuno, y demás complicaciones producto de reformas no notificadas, al punto de que nosotros y otras familias que reclamaran también en Booking tuvimos que hablar con el personal de la obra para que paren con lo ruidos para poder desayunar ya que nadie de hotel lo quiso hacer más allá de nuestro pedido.
Adjunto 4 fotos que son las que me permite subir Booking. Pero tenemos muchas más y videos donde consta todo lo relatado.
Obviamente que solicitamos la devolución de la reserva a modo de compensación por la mala estadía vivida y no quisieron hacerlo, nos indicaron que solo reconocerían la devolución del tax de lo últimos tres días, algo así como 100usd, algo irrisorio dado el monto total que abonamos en torno a los 2300usd.

On our first night we asked for a mattress topper for the sofa bed. We phoned reception twice and they said housekeeping was on their way but nobody arrived and this issue was not addressed. The sofa bed mattress is a bit springy but it was ok since our kids are young.
