Rat traps around the outside of the building
Am mai fost si înainte, totul super bine. Felicitari fetei de la Chek-in, blonda, din România a vorbit foarte frumos.
Sicuramente tt pulito in ordine
Non prevedono dei breakfast poket ed essendo un albergo vicino all aeroporto con colazione inclusa dovrebbero prevedere anche partenze mattutine. Nn hanno la navetta che ti porta in aereo porto mentre quasi tt gli altri alberghi nella stessa zona ne erano provvisti

Every member of staff we met was exceptional. I would give them more than a score of 10! We have stayed here several times in the past and find it convenient, once you get there from the airport. Excellent breakfast.
Some of the carpets in the hallways need replacing. We have stayed at other hotels in the chain and the fresh carpets look good. There has been rebuilding in the area for several years but the hotel is signposted.
Oda temizdi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, özellikle resepsiyondaki Natalia hanım çok kibardı, bizimle iyi ilgilendi. Konum olarak havalimanına trenle sadece 10 dk, merkez istasyonuna en fazla 30 dk.
Odada tuvalet fırçası yoktu. Terlik olsa iyi olurdu. Küçük havlu bir tane konuluyor. Kişi başı bir büyük bir küçük havlu olması gerekir, çünkü havlular kişiye özeldir. Kahvaltıda 2 gün üst üste yumurta olmaması hayal kırıklığı oldu. Mutfaktaki sorunun ertesi güne bir şekilde çözülmesini beklerdim.

This is my second stay at this hotel and it was brilliant as always. Maria was so friendly from the minute I walked in and went above and beyond. She was also very helpful in advising me on how to get around. You’re lucky to have her on your team, she really is a superstar!
