It’s a greate place clean access to everything like restaurants safe area the only thing I notice was that the rooms don’t have any ports to charge your phone or easy outlets. For being a business hotel it needs to update its technology access like charging stations

I visited Guadalajara for a medical procedure on my back. I chose this property due to the proximity to the medical clinic. My wife snd I were impressed with the condition, location and helpful and friendly attitude of the staff. The included breakfast was top notch with many choices and daily alterations.
The surrounding area was clean handy and dotted with a plethora of international restaurants.
Service was excellent. Food was really good, restaurant was very clean and great service. Hotel was clean the only thing is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. The great thing is that you can use their fridge for any thing you need to keep refrigerated. I will for sure came back and recommend. Thanks
El hotel está en una buena zona, hemos reservado en varias ocasiones, pero esta vez el hotel deja mucho que desear. La regadera de la habitación estaba sucia , tenía cabellos en la coladera y dejaron una toalla mojada sucia en el piso.
Pedimos apoyo para llevar un jugo del desayuno a mi esposo al cuarto y nos dijeron que tenía que bajar o lo cobrarían , aún explicando que el se sentía mal y que aunque éramos 4 personas, no consumiríamos desayuno, solo jugo para el. El encargado se portó poco empatico y no quiso.
Great rooms and the service is top notch. Recommended when traveling with entire family. The breakfast buffet is great.

Nosotros siempre tratamos de llegar a ese hotel porque está bien ubicado, está cómodo no es caro, tiene muy buen servicio. Y aparte el servicio de ballet parking es muy bueno yo no soy afecto al ballet parking, ese es el único lugar donde sí, los alimentos perfectos y el servicio inmejorable. Gracias
Es un hotel en una buena ubicación. El desayuno incluido es rico. Solamente algunas de las instalaciones son un poco antiguas; en concreto el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y estaba pegado con cinta aislante negra.
