Pros:

Super Lage in einer alten Hacienda mit alten Garten und nahe zu Cichen Itzá und Il Kil
Abendessen auf der Hotelveranda ein magischer Ort.

Cons:

Leider hat ein Küchengenerator von morgens bis Abends die Poolruhe stark beeinträchtigt.

Charming stay in a beautiful old Hacienda on the doorstep of Chichen Itza
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting Chichen Itza in a beautiful old Hacienda with amazing gardens. It’s got a great pool and the rooms were lovely, maybe a little dated but perfectly comfortable. We really enjoyed the early morning birdwatching with Vincente. He was wonderful local Mayan farmer. The food was very good too but be aware of the portions. They were quite large. It was ideal for visiting Chichen Itza which we went to first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. The staff were friendly although they were not very helpful about the entry in Chichen Itza itself. We also had a massage in the spa which was relaxing after a day travelling.

Cons:

It was slightly a shame that there was ROAD noise from the nearby main road when we did our morning walk and it was slightly disappointing that the hotel couldn’t help with getting into the pyramid site or had even any useful information on how to do it other than go to the gate. The site gets very busy so it is definitely recommendable to try and get there early.

Hotel mit Historie
Pros:

Zuerst natürlich der Pool, dieser ist beeindruckend und toll. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön und das Restaurant hat einen tollen Blick. Das Restaurant ist zwar etwas teuer aber uns hat alles gut geschmeckt und wann kann man so nah an den Ruinen essen? Unser Zimmer war gut, das Bett war gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Toilette ist nicht richtig abgetrennt die Wand endet irgendwann einfach. Und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen denn diese Hacienda muss man erlebt haben, sie wurde 1900 zusammen mit den Ruinen von einem Engländer gekauft.

Beautiful setting in the jungle, very peaceful, great location.

Wonderful setting, with beautiful main building. Large swimming pool, surrounded by jungle - very atmospheric. Only a few minutes from the Chichen Itza ruins, perfect for an early start.

Shame about the food..
Pros:

Yes it’s a Hacienda so a graceful period properly set in truly spectacular gardens.Smart, helpful staff with the very helpful Adrian on the front desk to give helpful advice.The swimming pool is large enough for a proper swim too.
The rooms are fine though no safes or fridges and the shower is “ in your face “ but perfectly ok.
Cracking margaritas!.
The only real downside was the food.. pretty bland generally and one really poor fish dish, no texture, overcooked and dry. My wife’s was the same as was another’s couple the following night.
The bird watching tour is relaxed and very much worth doing.

Mayan hospitality and a magical experience
Pros:

A very special place and memory-making experience. This Hacienda is steeped in history and is tucked away down a private drive which is right next to the world famous Chichén Itza site. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The food was delicious and to a high standard. We enjoyed the pool which is surrounded by a backdrop of jungle. A multitude of bird species make their home here as it is a sanctuary to a range of wildlife. The tequilas are also very good!

Relaxing hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Hacienda Chichen is really convenient for Chichen Itza - just 10 mins drive away. The hotel is situated in the jungle with lush tropical trees and plants, and beautiful birds. The rooms are clean and pleasant with essential amenities. Don’t expect a TV or kettle. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The food and cocktails are delicious. Be aware the prices are more London than local. The staff are helpful and delightful. Would recommend.

Biljke i priroda. Velika pohvala ide na to sto u sobi ima zivog cvijeca i ukrasa napravljenih od listova palmi. Zelenilo je bas predivno.

Cons:

Udaljeno od svega osim od Chichen Itze, u blizini nema nikakvih drugih mjesta koje bi voljeli posjetiti. Prisutnost skorpina i stonoga u sobi nije ugodna, iako smo svjesni da smo u prirodi.
Internet je veliki nedostatak, gotovo uopce ne radi u cijelom objektu, radi se o smjestaju sa 5* i morali bi naci neko rjesenje. Bili smo u pet razlicita smjestaja na nasem putovanju i ovaj je bio medju najskupljima a internet je radio najlosije. Nije bilo losina za tijelo u sobi i inace kupaonski dodaci (sampon, sapun) bili su obicni, recimo mali sapun moraju djeliti dvije osobe. Obzirom na toliko hvaljeni spa, koji doduse nismo koristili jer su cijene previsoke, ocekivala sam vise i po pitanju kupaonskog spa dozivljaja.

Pros:

This is truly unique hotel set in the middle of a jungle.

Food is excellent, I sampled a Mayan dish which was wonderful, followed by a flambéed pancake. The waiter made this truly spectacular which caused the other diners to join me in clapping!

All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient - a lovely experience, all to a background of cicadas.

Beautiful resort near Chichen Itza
Pros:

We had a great experience at this resort. Check in was smooth and they even gave us a welcome drink! They helped with taxis since we didn’t have a car. The atmosphere and hospitality were amazing. I loved the pool area and how clean everything was. Nice breakfast and dinner too. I’d definitely stay again!

Generally I loved the place because it was surrounded by nature and the staffs were amazing- 10/10 for services

Cons:

The place need renovation, toilet not working for days. Paid for best room but it was substandard in my opinion.
