I had a great time, I would happily stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast was real good, a lot of fresh food choices available.The hotel is close to my friends so coming/ going was easy.I appreciated the polite, accommodating staff.

Cons:

I could have used a hair dryer - I did not bring one.

This hotel was very accommodating with pleasant staff.
Pros:

The staff was always very pleasant, breakfast had a wide range of options, the rooms were comfortable and met most of our needs. It was lovely to have the hotel so close to the HWY as we were eager to end our 7 hour drive.

Cons:

Staff is very eager to please however, the pool booking was a little vague. More details such as no group bookings in order to remain compliant with fire code and a limit on how many times you can book the pool would have been helpful and less misleading.

Awesome Overnight in Sudbury
Pros:

Our overnight stay was just superb with our dog. Phillip was particularly courteous on welcoming us after a long day on the road. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

Pros:

Waterside, breakfast, spacious rooms

Cons:

No extra outlets near the TV to plug in a firestick, was able to log into Netflix on the TV though.

Poor customer relationships and management
Pros:

My stay was completely ruined. Front desk to my initial deposit
On my credit which was fine.
A front desk member checked me out by mistake and then ran another security hold on my credit card without telling me this put my card over the limit. My family and I were unable to use the card the rest of the weekend.
The explanation to me was it will take 3 to 5 business days for me to see the reversal . Why me being the guest should my family be inconvenienced because of someone else’s mistake

No one from front office bothered to contact me and try to resolve this situation
