Beautiful hotel. Wonderful service.

Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by.

We booked for Deluxe room and while check in they ask for need upgrade by paying extra for bath tub. We agreed and moved to superior room. Had dinner at restaurant which was nice and good quantity for the price. Room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was good and got sufficient verities. Pool was good and kids enjoyed the pool well.
Little activities for kids available which was fun as flying fox, feeding rabbits, painting and pancake decorations. karaoke room with pool and table tennis was there. Overall kids enjoyed a lot.

This hotel is really a true gem! The amenities is so suitable for families regardless of age. I enjoyed playing the zipline and archery. The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G especially the morning Mee Goreng top with a sunny side up and my super love TAHU SUSU! I do also like their range of fruit juice and made sure I have their Bak Choy + Honey + orange juice and Lemon. Oh... have I mentioned about their Yoga classes? ITS A MUST GO! The instructor is really friendly and considerate. He even taught us some couple yoga poses to look picture perfect with their amazing background.

The only downside i would probably feedback is the mattress and pillow. Bed is not exactly the most comfortable but still manageable. The pillow though was too flat and soft and it has a slight smell on it. Would be great if it could be thoroughly washed.

Lastly, I really like their customer service. How the maid chamber tidy up my room and folded every single clothes he saw in the room and their free ride to and fro bet. the airport to the hotel. Will definitely be back again.

Overall are good, can be improve the high tea menu, maybe can have difference menu, feel boring if have same menu everyday.

Everything was perfect. All of staffs were very kind. Breakfast was so delicious. Their programs(ex, trekking) was also nice. If I visit Bandung again, I will go here definitely.

Location of hotel is relaxing and staff services is excellent.

The service and the facilities was exceptional. They prepared a cake with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates since it was my birthday and wedding anniversary trip. The butler was also very helpful in offering to drop and pick us up at the nearby Miss Bee for dinner. It was also raining that day. Subsequently, they got the driver drop us at a cake shop enroute to the airport when I informed I would like to buy some cakes home. The adventure playground appealed to the kids and adults. My toddler enjoyed his stay so much he refused to leave! We really appreciate their hospitality.
