It was good.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The hotel in general was very clean. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, the eggs were watery, the bacon was barely cooked, the potato wedges looked like they had been there for hours. The evening staff at the front desk was not friendly at all.

Room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

I was disappointed the swimming pool and hot tub were unavailable. Found out they had been out for two months. We had grandkids with us and we picked the hotel because it had a pool. It would have been nice if the website or someone could have let us know.

Cons:

Pool was closed and was notified until check in dirty socks in our room! Ask for a discount and was told straight out no! No customers service!

Was not impressed with staff, the information that was given, or the closure of parts of the hotel.
Pros:

It was quiet. Bedroom was ok.

Cons:

Pool/spa were closed. Would have liked to have known that before we arrived as it was our main reason for our trip. I would have booked at a different hotel if I had known the pool/spa was closed. Ruined the part about relaxation. Staff at the front desk didn't seem interested in helping. Asked where a park would be to go walking and the lady pointed outside and said "That way". Absolutely no help. Wouldn't even stand to help when we checked in or to direct us in where to go.
