Too much, for too little
Pros:

The heater worked well

Cons:

The floor was dirty, the furniture was worn, old and stained. There was scum on the orange juice and no breakfast available as advertised and there was bedbugs in the hall

Good for short sleep focused stays but nothing more.
Pros:

You get what you pay for with this one. Beds were comfortable enough and rooms were spacious for the size of the building.

Cons:

Bedding and bathroom required additional cleaning for sure! Zero water pressure, LOTS of hair in drains, and stains on sheets. Staff did swap the sheets at our request.

Staff was also hard to get a hold of at times but they did have a phone to ring to get their attention if they were stepped away.

We didn’t stay because of an unpleasant experience
It was nothing like photos the place was spooky and the bedsheet and blankets where having cigarette holes i would never recommend this hotel to anyone
You could smell cigarettes in the room and weed in the hallway I regret booking this place

Not so Great
Pros:

Gentleman was nice.
Room clean but very dated.
The whole place needs refurbishing.
Area seemed a bit dicey.
Parking in street or parking lot down the street so wasn't feeling my car was really very safe.

Kitchen area was not clean and supplies were limited. (We had 1 knife between the 2 of us) The room was fine. The hotel is dated but the price was amazing.

Could not stay in this flea bag motel
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting basement unit located in bad area of town where a dog almost attacked me,no on site parking, did not end up staying since worried about bed bugs with lousy old orange furniture ,thought I was in India terrible
