Teşekkürler Flexstay Inn Sugamo
Pros:

Tek seyahat eden biri için harikaydı. Çalışanlar her zaman yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Fiyatı ve konumu harikaydı.

Cons:

Ben tek başıma seyahat ettiğim için ve zaten odanın küçüklüğünden haberdar olduğum için benim için hiç problem olmadı ama bunu problem edebilecek kişiler iki defa düşünebilir.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Estuvimos 7 días, y nada más llegar nos comunicaron que no nos cambiaban las toallas (que si queríamos era con suplemento), la basura la teníamos que tirar nosotros mismos, teniendo que salir del edificio (y separándola debidamente) y no nos limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento de la estancia. La verdad que para ser tantos días, esperábamos alguna de estas cosas mínimamente.

Muy cómodo y cercano al metro Sugamo
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el barrio de Sugamo es muy tranquilo y tiene konbinis y otras tiendas muy cerca. Además queda cerca de una línea de metro, Yamanote, que lleva a muchos buenos lugares de Tokio, como Shibuya, Ikebukuro y Ueno.
Las instalaciones están muy bien tambien, todo muy cómodo. Se agradece que haya hervidor y secador de pelo disponible dentro de la habitación así como cambio de toallas si uno lo solicita.

It was absolutely amazing I will be staying here again
Pros:

Everything, the location was good the people at the front desk were amazing the only thing I could complain and say anything about was the tv but hey not everyone likes to watch Netflix, but if it had a smart tv it would be 11/10

二度と使いたくないホテル

室内は清潔感がってよかった。

バスルームが狭い
洗面所がバスルームに無いので使用しにくい
フロントへの電話が午後６時で切れるのは最悪！そんなホテルは初めて。指示に従って電話を掛けようとしても
早口の対応で指示された電話番号を記憶できない
始めての宿泊だがフロントの対応が不親切
私はいつも東横インを使っているが比較してかなり落ちる

Great value for a decent stay.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel, I had to do training for a week and it was very easy to stay and do business. Appreciate the staff.

Cons:

I didn't like that the front desk is downstairs luckily people helped me with my luggage but knowing that first hand would help a ton.

Nice stay
Pros:

Considering it was my first time in Japan i wasn't sure what to expect but the hotel is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transport. As for the hotel itself it was bigger than i expected more than enough for staying in Tokyo since i spent most of the day outside anyway, the bed was comfy as well so i have no complaints, if i manage to go to Tokyo again I'll choose this hotel again.

Cons:

Well there's not much of a view but that doesn't matter whole lot in my opinion, outside of that no complaints

Value for money for an overnight stay but not for 9 days like I did.
Pros:

Near the train station. The room did not smell like cigarette, though it was a smoking room.

Cons:

Sink was not clean, overhead light was not working and full of dust same with the exhaust, it was really filthy. Difficult check in if you come after 6pm and have a big luggage.

Das Zimmer war klein, die Wände hätten gut eine Portion Wandfarbe haben können und es war ein wenig zügig - wäre das Zimmer teurer gewesen oder hätte es in einer weniger günstigen Lage gelegen, hätte ich höchsten vier oder fünf Punkte gegeben....
....aaaber:
Lage: ruhig gelegen, fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station, belebte Einkaufstraße um die Ecke und alles, was man an Gastronomie braucht in direkter Umgebung (von Ur-Japanisch bis Seven Eleven bis McDoof)
Personal: superfreundlich
Zimmer: wie beschrieben, grenzwertig, aber das Bett war gut und "westeuropäerfreundlich" lang; Waschmaschinenraum im Gebäude;
Ausstattung: Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, sogar Ladekabel mit allen notwendigen Anschlüssen, TV
Bad sehr klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Und ganz ehrlich: wer nach Tokio reist, braucht nur einen Platz zum Schlafen und Duschen und das konnte man hier bestens!
Preis: Für 16 Nächte habe ich lediglich gut €500 bezahlt, ein echtes Schnäppchen, was dieses Zimmer zum Preis-/Leistungssieger machte!

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Wer Luxus braucht, muss eben etwas mehr bezahlen!

Pros:

風呂トイレ付きを考えると低コストで満足でした。

Cons:

10日間の滞在だったがタオルや浴衣の交換や掃除がなかった。
したがって、ゴミも自分でゴミ捨て場まで捨てにいかないといけない。
料金が安かったため、仕方ないのかもしれません。
