Kinda “ strange experience “ ..
Pros:

The hotel overall was very clean .. I love the bedding and the beds! Very comfortable! I love the shower and the shampoo/ conditioner.

Cons:

When we arrived after our flight, we asked the front desk for drinking water. The only option was to buy bottled water for $4–5. Why doesn’t the hotel have a water fountain?
The front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming—I felt rushed and not particularly welcome.
The next day, after we returned from breakfast at Starbucks, all the hotel entrances were locked and the elevators weren’t working. We knocked on the glass doors for a while until someone came out and told us there was some kind of “testing” happening. How can they run tests without notifying guests, especially when we had a flight to catch?
Someone eventually came out, told us to wait outside for 15 minutes, then brought us in through the back doors. There was a very strong gas smell. When I asked about it, I was told they were “retesting.” We waited in the lobby for another 20 minutes before things started working again and the elevators came back

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und gepflegt, vor allem aber auch absolut ruhig trotz der Nähe zu Flughafen und Autobahn.

Cons:

Das große Doppelbett war ein Desaster, es quietschte und knarzte bei jeder Bewegung. Beim einem solchen Hotel und dem dem nicht geringen Preis für die Übernachtung darf den Gästen so etwas nicht zugemutet werden. Ein Grund für uns, diese Unterkunft zukünftig zu meiden.
Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber ein warmherziger Empfang und eine kundenorientierte Beratung sieht anders aus.

Pros:

Fantastic location minutes from the terminals. Thank you for the huge pot of freshly - brewed coffee. I HATE THE MACHINES that “do it all poorly.”

Entspannter Aufenthalt und tolle Einstimmung für den Urlaub.
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer, sauber, geräumig. Top Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Bahn- oder Flugreisen. Da unser Termin zum Eichecken im Flughafen um 07.00 Uhr war, konnten wir am Abend vorher alles in Ruhe erledigen und am Morgen gut ausgeschlafen zum Flugzeug gehen. Kurze Wege und absolute Ruhe in den Zimmern. Bei der nächsten Flugreise gern wieder.

Software Check-in hat nicht richtig funktioniert! 25 Minuten anstehen. Ausdrucken meiner Zimmerkarte hat 5 Minuten gedauert, obwohl alles klar war.
