Suitable accommodations for a few nights. Polite staff, main pool is drained / closed for repairs - there is another pool 100m walk away - be aware however, the chlorine was extremely strong & it bleached / turned multiple pairs of shorts pink from using the pool. Rooms are a little dated, but dark with good A/C. Thanks for having us!
Bad place.
The service is bad-don’t buy anything they cheat.
The pool is very bad and you can’t swim in iter will never come back
Awesome place to stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Restaurant had some of the best food on the island.
Wonderful for both remote work and holiday. Very impressive family owned business with an excellent staff!
Incredible views and value for money. Staff is lovely. Such a tranquil place, great access to Haad Rin. Restaurant is beautiful and food is great.
The main building is older and well maintained. There is spectacular rooftop bar/restaurant. The hotel is a short walk to all the nightlife and beaches. Staff were amazing food excellent. I would stay there again.
Amazing and absolutely stunning panoramic view. Doors within room could use updating - they made us laugh we felt like we were entering 7 -11 (old heavy metal doors). The sliding glass door to the deck was extremely difficult to open (had to hold with two hands and jimmy it to open and close). The staff were friendly and pleasant. The Coy pond and statues around property were beautiful. Beautiful panoramic view on rooftop bar and restaurant.
Room cleanliness was poor
We had big hopes for our superior jacuzzi suite given the amount we paid. We tried to fill the jacuzzi but after 10 minutes gave up when there was only as inch of water. The jets were all black annd dirty anyway so a useless feature.
The cabin was in the jungle really and a 5 inch spider crawled up wall in shower! Our patio door in the bedroom didn’t lock. Nice patio but a strong swamp and sewage odor.
Main pool was very cloudy, unswimmable. Chairs broken, cousins weathered, swim up bar not functioning, person fell through grates around pool.
Good parts, Smaller pool was better, front desk and housekeeping staff were great, restaurant staff good, food good but only open until 5. Rooftop open top 8 but more expensive and not as good.
The worst part was the walk up the hill. Once a day is fine but in the heat, you almost felt stuck and it was too busy and hilly for a scooter.
Place need some TLC. Has potential, most we paid and worst accommodation we had in our 3 weeks.
Here now, it’s really bad. Grounds are unkept, wifi doesn’t work (usually not an issue but eSIM also has low coverage and I have an important call tomorrow, jacuzzi in superior room doesn’t fill or drain. Main pool is unclear and looks dirty. Have been in Thailand for two weeks and have never experienced mosquitos like this and it’s all all day. Likely do to the sewage smell throughout the resort.
Booked for 4 nights, paid more than any other of our hotels in Thailand so far and this is the worst. Very disappointed we have to stay the whole time.
it was alright rooms were characteristic, we arrived late hard to see the steps and would very dangerous for elders, were not accomadating when asked for taxi, wouldnt recommend if u dont want to do alot of walking up and down hiĺls
Wonderful stay at Seabreeze, very nice and friendly staff wonderful view on Leelaa beach and away - though close - from the busy Haad Rin area. Don’t forget to spend your late afternoon in the Seabreeze rooftop. Good vibes, excellent service and spectacular 360(maybe 300, lol) view!
Will revisit!
Very bad hotel. Horrible staff and manager. The room looks old and tiny and the shower head actually electrified us.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Also the WiFi barely works.
Even though it took them a couple of hours to fix the shower head it then proceeded to shook us again.
Booked this hotel for 2 nights but could only manage one.
We booked a panoramic suite and while the views were everything we could expect the room did not match the views.
Upon reaching the room down about 100 uneven and not greatly lit steps we were greeted to a door that could have been from Tolkins the hobbit. After taking padlock off we were great to a hot and humid dark wood apartment. Electric would only work when the old fashioned key fob was in the slot, this meant the room was always boiling.
The room had a multitude of animals in there from millipedes and mosquitoes to the biggest spider I have seen in my travels to Thailand.
The shower had less water pressure than any other i had used in Thailand and did not get further from the wall than the tap to turn it on.
Nothing felt and looked clean in the hotel in rooms or around the pool we visited.
Overall hated this hotel and had to leave early.
Was always told to end on a positive so must say staff we helpful and friendly, also bird in car park was fun and newer part of the hotel looked better Just not a place for me.
This was our favourite hotel in Thailand. It was unique, quiet in a perfect location walkable to the main city but away from the chaos. We loved the rooftop bar and the restaurant.
It is super close for the full moon party. 5 minute walk and you’re right in the middle of it all! Perfect for that. Beyond after that night the room is pretty loud. Not a lot of sound proofing but pretty much everything you’d expect
Hotel is old and it shows. Bed was very uncomfortable. Intriguing look of the property and had great views. Wanted to rent a motorbike and the lady persisted that she must keep my passport. I refused and told her it is illegal for me not to have my passport on me when traveling outside my country. She said go find somewhere else to rent.
We have just had 3 night stay at this accommodation and all I can say is WOW!!!
We was both blown away with the stunning views from the moment we arrived. The hotel was booked for the full moon party and literally it's a 5 minute walk to the entrance if that. It would not suit someone with walking difficulties though as it is rather a steep hill to from the road up to it. But my gosh the views are worth it. Food is good also, the viewpoint restaurant only serves pizza and is a little bit more on the more pricey side but it's what you pay for convenience. Hotel staff are all amazingly friendly and willing to help you with anything including sorting some laundry to planing your onward journey. My partner has enjoyed it that much he is already wanting to return and I think we might just have to also. Due to location do beware of mosquitoes and come prepared. Overall probably the most relaxing and enjoyable part of out trip so far. Well done team Sea Breeze, cheers!
The staff was very nice and kind, thank you 🙏
We stayed at Sea Breeze Resort for four nights while attending the Full Moon and Jungle Party, and it was a great experience!
The rooms have a rustic wooden decor with a vintage vibe, complete with balconies, Netflix, YouTube, and fast 5G internet. The showers have excellent water pressure – perfect after a night out. The rooftop restaurant stole the show with breathtaking panoramic views, a steady sea breeze, and friendly staff. Leela Beach on one side and endless ocean views on the other made it our favorite spot. The ground-floor restaurant served delicious Thai food and refreshing granola bowls.
A special shout-out to the Nepalese hotel supervisor, whose warm greetings and smile made every day better. The resort’s reception covers everything – free shuttles, bike rentals, laundry, and party tickets. We even found a peaceful Shiv temple hidden on the property, adding to the charm.
They surprised me with a birthday bouquet and cake on my wife’s request at a nominal price, making our stay even more memorable.
The only downsides were the old towels and bedding, quilt & pillows that smelled a bit musty, damp and old which need replacement now.
Tip: Ask for the panoramic room with stunning 180-degree views, and don’t miss a visit to the serene Leela Beach.
We loved every bit of Sea Breeze and highly recommend it!
