Very helpful staff but a bit overpriced

Cons:

The room was overlooking the plaza and was noisy on more than one occasion during the night.
The room although adequate was very small without drinks making facilities. The area with complimentary drinks was up a set of stairs

Soggiorno super confortevole: posizione ottima, colazione super, pulizia e accoglienza perfette.

La posizione è ottimale. La colazione buona, abbondante, completa. Il parcheggio un po' scomodo.

Cons:

Se il parcheggio fosse più vicino sarebbe perfetto, ma bisogna considerare che l'hotel è proprio in centro e non è facile risolvere questo problema.

Ein charmantes Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr charmant und befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage. Die Kathedrale ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und die Alhambra erreicht man in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte befinden sich praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich möchte jedoch erwähnen, dass es abends aufgrund der zentralen Lage ziemlich laut werden kann – sogar bei geschlossener Balkontür. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf sind Ohrstöpsel definitiv empfehlenswert oder alternativ ein Zimmer, das nicht zur Straße hin liegt.

Cons:

Die einzige Empfehlung wäre eine Renovierung des Badezimmers. Die Badewanne ist bereits ziemlich alt und die Beschichtung löst sich teilweise ab. In den Ecken der Glastüren beim Einstieg in die Badewanne hat sich bereits viel Schimmel gebildet. Man sieht zwar, dass das Badezimmer gestrichen wurde, allerdings leider ungleichmäßig und eher unsauber. Außerdem sind Farbflecken am Spülkasten sichtbar. Die Sanitäranlagen sollten in naher Zukunft definitiv erneuert werden.

I'm sad to say that but I want to be honest, ​If you are looking for a place to rest, look elsewhere. We did not sleep one of the two nights that we booked. The sound insulation in the rooms is virtually non-existent, which is unacceptable for any professional hospitality establishment.

​Throughout Friday night—from 1 AM through to 7 AM—we could hear every single person walking, talking, and shouting outside as if the windows were wide open. Proper insulation is not a luxury; it is a basic industry standard, especially in a city center rated hotel!

​Service and Maintenance

​Our hairdryer stopped working within minutes. We reported it to a staff member who seemed to be juggling multiple roles—covering both the reception and the breakfast room. While he was polite, the request was forgotten. We were forced to leave for our scheduled visit to the Alhambra with wet hair. To add to the frustration, the bidet was leaking water, which required us to call for maintenance.

​The staff seems to be doing their best but due to the unbearable street noise , I cannot recommend staying here.

A mi esposa y a mí nos gustó absolutamente TODO. No tenemos ninguna queja o sugerencia relevante que les pueda ayudar a mejorar, ya que piensan en TODO para que sus huéspedes tengan una excelente estancia. Hasta el más mínimo detalle. Nuestra habitación no podría estar más amplia, cómoda, con varios ventanales, balcones, techo alto, mucha iluminación, tetera, café, TV, salidas de baño, pantuflas, vista al parque, neverita con muchas bebidas, caja de seguridad, bote de basura en baño y habitación, etc. La ubicación es inmejorable, a una cuadra de la catedral, muchos restaurantes, supermercados, terrazas, almacenes de todo tipo, cerca de la avenida principal, y a distancia caminable de La Alhambra, y a todos los lugares maravillosos que hay para ver y conocer en Granada. El hotel, de cortesía, ofrece a sus huéspedes una sala de relajación con café de máquina con diferentes opciones de café y derivados, toda clase de tés, snacks, croissants, donuts, chips, botanas, etc. Esto muy difícilmente lo encontrarás en otros hoteles. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones limpias, ordenadas, modernas, renovadas. El personal del lobby fue muy amable y profesional, al igual que la señora encargada del área del desayuno, un exquisito desayuno que incluía atún, carpaccio de salmón, quesos y diferentes opciones para todos los gustos y tipos de dieta. Una y mil veces volveríamos a la hermosa ciudad de Granada y, por supuesto, no dudaríamos en volver a quedarnos en La Casa de la Trinidad.

Cons:

La ducha del baño es a media puerta, de esos que tienes que hacer curso para no inundar el resto del baño. El secador de cabello del baño, creo que estaba fallando ya que solo funcionaba durante 10-15 segundos seguidos. Dos pequeñeces que no afectaron nuestra estadía,
