Unique historic inn offers a great location in the heart of Old San Juan.
Pros:

The location couldn’t be beat for exploring Old San Juan, and the building was charming and historic. Artwork was unique and interesting. The architectural details were outstanding - the ceiling in our room was taller than the room was wide, and featured open wood beams and a beautiful crystal chandelier. In-room coffee maker provided us with a big mug of tasty coffee. Roof-top deck had a hot tub, lots of seating and what appeared to be functional claw-foot bathtubs.

Cons:

There was no staff after 4:00pm but they were helpful while there. Though bed linens were good, our bed could have been more comfortable.

Beautiful little hotel in great location in old San Juan.
Pros:

The location is fabulous, close to the cathedral and great restaurants. We really enjoyed walking all around Old San Juan. We enjoyed being on the top floor with the patio and hot tub right there.

Joyful and peaceful time.
Pros:

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and spent many years of my life in Old San Juan. I went back to spend time in Old San Juan and chose the Villa Herencia for its location and charm. It felt like home. The furniture, simple but elegant environment, with a lot of old city history. The staff was kind and helpful. Very down to earth professional people. I love this place. I will be back soon. Thank you amigos. Victor

Es un edificio precioso y bien ubicado. La terraza superior es muy agradable, y las cápsulas de café que te ponen son buenas.
