La propreté n’était pas au niveau attendu. La chambre présentait plusieurs points à améliorer concernant le ménage. C’est un aspect important qui mériterait plus d’attention.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit extrem freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schon, sehr gut gepflegt und hat einen hohen Standard. Das Personal war extrem freundlich . Die Zimmer schön und geräumig. Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Zimmer und einen grossen Aufenthaltsraum.
Metro Station Phoen Chit fussläufig sowie Central Embassy Mall und Lumpini Park.

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr zentral.

Cons:

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht vom Frühstück. Es war nicht gerade frisch und abwechslungsreich. Außerdem war das Personal nicht sehr hilfreich und obwohl wir einen Notfall hatten,fehlte das Verständnis. Das ist schade und können wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

The location was very close to the train station, ideal for the airport. The family suite was amazing, really spacious with a comfortable living room area. The staff were all lovely and really helpful, had a nice pool too

Cons:

Not much close by that we could find for eating out that was within walking distance but the hotel was amazing

Nothing special. Certainly not Thai 5 star

Cons:

Way overpriced for a mediocre hotel Way below classical Bangkok 5 star. Breakfast ok. Room large but not high quality. Common areas distinctly barren.
