Hôtel fabuleux
Pros:

J’ai apprécié le confort de l’hôtel, son emplacement, l’espace piscine à débordements avec une vue incroyable, les chambres très spacieuses et très modernes, le service conciergerie gratuit et le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel, leur gentillesse et amabilité. Nous sommes restés 12 nuits au lieu de 6 grâce à tous ces points positifs.

Cons:

У отеля явно завышенная цена , в номерах старый ремонт , все поцарапанное, нет нормальной косметики в сан узлах , гель и шампунь наливают в бутылки непонятные , очень плохие завтраки , вообщем не рекомендую, потому что есть сильно лучше и новее отели за более низкую цену, у Отеля рейтинг не правдивый !!!

Big suite in nice hotel
Pros:

We visited at Sivatel hotel just before Christmas. We had a transportation from the airport to the hotel, and it was very high quality. The staff was waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrived, and we found it as very high quality service and felt warmly welcomed. We had a suite for a family, so there were two large bedrooms and bathrooms and a living room. We liked the setup very much, since we were three adults (one couple and an adult son). The suite and the hotel was very clean. The only thing we think is not ok at 5 star hotel, was the mold in the shower areas, but it was not an issue for us. The breakfast very good, but we have seen even better breakfasts at 5 stars hotels in Bangkok, still nothing to complain. We also liked to pool, even if it is located side by side with the restaurant. The service was very good, even if we found it sometimes even too close (as we come from Nordic Country). The location of the hotel is super, very near by shopping malls and BTS.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

The staff was really kind and attentive to my every need. They did everything they could to bring forward my check-in (because I arrived very early) and gave me a beautiful room, very clean, quiet and equipped with every comfort. The pool and spa were excellent, the breakfast was rich and varied

I have no complaints!
