Good 5 stars hotel in heart of Bangkok
Pros:

Great location for 5 hotel and good value for money. Nothing extraordinary though. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly going beyond providing normal service ensuring taking extra good care of their guests.

Cons:

The hotel and its facilities are a bit outdated however it served the purpose.

Excellent stay with huge rooms in the heart of Bangkok
Pros:

We loved both the suite rooms we booked, they were really spacious with big walk in closet and huge bathroom. Absolutely fantastic ! Location was also very good , 10 mins from major malls on not so busy street.

Cons:

Breakfast was average with limited options for vegetarian food but overall pleasant. We ordered veg spring rolls which were also below expectations. I think if they improve their food quality and breakfast options then they can be the best for that location.

This is the second time I've stayed here and came back for a reason. Excellent location next to central embassy. Close to Phloen Chit BTS station. Staff are extremely friendly. Rooms have a modern feel, spacious. Bathroom is extra spacious. When price is discounted and staying with friends, this is a value of money 5-star choice. Love the free refreshments at reception. Would come back here again. Nice pool. Didn't check out the gym again so can't comment!

Cons:

If I had to pick something negative, it would be that the lifts do not have aircon and was quite warm.
