Recommended for central Adelaide and would stay there again
Pros:

Very central so everything walkable and bus stop around corner. Spacious and comfortable bed. Well equipped

Cons:

Settee not very comfortable. Shower had low pressure and hard to get consistent temperature. Fridge too cold and froze some of food.

I would choose it again.
Pros:

Location was great, room was comfortable and so was the bed

Cons:

Housekeeping was not great, the room was not always clean when I got back to it in the afternoon.
