Location and room size
I was not aware that the front desk shut at 8pm and I had no idea how to collect my key.
It was very surprising how lovely the inside was. It was unexpected.
So close to everything we needed for the night all short walking distance.
The rooms were just so lovely and modern. Really lovely. We will definitely stay again.
The stairs in the rooms were a dislike but we understood why they were needed.
The shower alcove was a little dirty/moldy looking.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The location is central and fantastic. A street away from Rundle Mall, the tram is across the road, A short walk to cafes, restaurants and Central Market. The set up of the room was a 2 bedroom apartment with an interconnecting 1 bedroom apartment. The room was clean and tidy. Reception were very helpful. Housekeeping could do with a bit of an improve as we were not given fresh towels. We had to ask reception which they were able to provide. The bathroom however could do with a bit of renovation/clean as the shower had a build up of mold on the corners. However, overall it was an enjoyable stay

Location was ok but access was difficult. No on site parking and parking only available at other location at additional cost, with access back to the hotel difficult for people from out of town with no specific knowledge of Adelaide streets and traffic.

Toilet roll holder almost impossible to access when using toilet.
It was a large interconnecting room very spacious for 5 people with 2 bathrooms
Nothing I was very happy with it
The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and great kitchenette. We had a two bedroom apartment which was well suited for two couples. It is very handy ,walking distance to Market and Rundle Mall and handy to tram which we caught to Glenelg and back.
The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived due to the fact that the windows don’t open. ( was told it was a safety regulation because it was a heritage building). However the staff were very helpful and supplied us with a fan and turned the fan on the aircon up for us. It was much better after that.
This gorgeous old building was so central to everything, just perfect!!
Our room was very clean & everyday all the essentials were stocked, such as hot chocolate, coffee, black tea (something for everyone), sugar, milk, toilet paper, tissues. Bins were cleaned daily, all of these things were very much appreciated.
Towels & face washers were supplied & we loved the urban skincare co. toiletries range. There was a hairdryer. The bath was a nice feature.
All the kitchen essentials, dishes, cutlery, saucepans etc. & a little fridge, small stove & microwave.
TV, lounge & dining table for two.
The water dispenser in the foyer was a nice touch, which had still water, sparkling or cold still water. Take your reusable water bottle with you, this was so helpful.
Storage of our bags was very much appreciated, as we arrived before check in for example.
