Tidy and everything you need
Pros:

Clean, tidy and right in the centre of town

Cons:

Lots of construction happened when we stayed (it wasn't noisy but it really slowed down the lifts)

Mantra Central Adelaide was a very convenient location to stay in the city centre.
Pros:

Mantra was very convenient in central Adelaide and we went for the AFL Gather Round. The room was very comfortable, spacious and the facilities met our expectations. I loved the fact that I could walk to Adelaide Oval and catching a bus to Norwood to watch an AFL game was also very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we flew in from Perth, it was also easy to use the shuttle bus from Adelaide Airport to the Adelaide CBD. We had heavy suitcases so it was great that the shuttle bus stopped just around the corner in Grenfell Street.

Cons:

The disappointing aspect of our stay in Adelaide was the significant increase in cost from the first night (7 April) to the cost of the following five (5) nights form 8-12 April inclusive. I felt the cost should be the same for each night and not increase due to school holidays or other factors. The increase in cost from the first night to the second and subsequent nights was exorbitant and hardly justifiable. The cooking utensils provided in the apartment were adequate but limited.

Nice & comfortable, perfect spot in the middle of the city
Pros:

Clean & comfortable, in a good location close to everything

Cons:

Very dark room closed in by a building outside our window. Room looked nothing like any of the pics on website
Check in took forever with only one staff member & a large queue

Pros:

Beds were comfortable
Central in the city

Cons:

Parking was 3 blocks away that you had to pay for at wilsons parking, so advertising that they have parking just isnt true.
Reception area where you can get through to an alley to take your bags to the car is locked overnight until 8am so you dont want to be checking in or out late or early if you have bags.

Convenient, neat and comfortable.
Pros:

Small apartment was idea. Good size rooms.water and snacks a bonus.

Cons:

Bathroom fan did not work. Freezer needed a clean out as ice tray not frozen.Safe box did not lock.
