¡Podría ser mucho mejor!
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

Muy poco personal, la Recepción tiene que ocuparse de todo (recepción, restaurante, bellboy, doorman, etc.) y esto hace que no sea eficiente.
El restaurante lo mismo, tiene un chef que además tiene que atender las mesas. Tardan más de 1 hora en preparar una hamburguesa.
En mi habitación no funcionaba la caja fuerte, y no había personal de mantenimiento que la solucione.

Amazing stay and great experience
Pros:

I honestly loved everything about this place. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the overall experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was great, and the property truly met my expectations. The food offered here was absolutely amazing — from breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious and well prepared. I would definitely visit again.

Cons:

The only small issue we experienced was with the TV connecting to streaming platforms like Netflix. The TV itself was working, but the streaming portal was not connecting properly. Also, it would be nice if the property could consider offering alcoholic beverages in future — just a small suggestion to make the experience even better.

Pros:

We booked a 3 bedroom family house and got a two bedroom with an extra bed inside the one room. Not what we booked and we were told no provision can be made we need to book another single room at a normal costs

Cons:

False advertising. We booked for 5 adults but got a 2 bed room . One person ended up sleeping on the couch

Very good facilities and service.
Pros:

The rooms were well appointed and clean. Service was good too.

Cons:

The options on the TV could have been better. They have all the streaming apps loaded but after a long day you don't really want to be searching for your own passwords to log in.

Pros:

Close to the mall and most restaurants and shopping outlets

Cons:

Rooms too small, including the bathroom and you have to ask for tea stuff and you have to buy your own water since they don’t restock water in the fridge once you’ve drank the bottles they give you.

Gostei do quarto e da limpeza.

Cons:

Fui abordada duas vezes no quarto (batiam constantemente a porta), primeiro solicitaram o pagamento e informei que tinha efectuado pelo Booking. Na segunda vez, solicitaram o comprovativo e data do pagamento. Considero que esse tipo de informação poderia ter sido solicitado no check-in.
O pequeno almoço tem poucas opções.
