A casa tava limpa,e a localização é super boa.

Cons:

Não gostei pela demora do check in chegamos as 14e20 e casa ainda nao tava pronta tivemos que ficar quase 1h a espera pra entramos na casa, e o facto da casa ter formigas,na sala e casa de banho.

Do NOT recommend Cycad Lodge!!
Pros:

Gardens. Bed

Cons:

1. Damage on the wall to the WC that was patched up but not painted
2. Noise levels from 16:00 to 20:30 outside in the garden area in front and behind the room
3. Guests taking calls on their mobile phones in the passage/garden area that was very loud and on speaker
4. Guests shouting at the top of their voices at 4am !!... when coming back in a drunken state walking past our room with no consideration for otjer Guests
5. Parking across a main road from the establishment . When leaving, we had cross this main road with our suitcases and hand luggage p
6. Breakfast costs at R200 a person (which we chose not to have because of the costs) when this could have / should have been included in the price (R1400 per night)
7. ONLY Open View channels on the television and no DSTV bouquet to chose from
7. NOT a 4 star establishment because of ALL of the above mentioned issues

WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN (travel to Nelspruit every 4 months for business). Would rather stay in a City Lodge !!!

Nice clean rooms, appears newly renovated

We were near the road side so often noisy. Alcohol free accommodation but many places near by.

Pin of the safe to lock in my private firearm and staff didn't have the information. Also the parking is at the other side of the road.
