Pros:

Great location, super quick check in and very helpful staff. We booked months in advance and requested an early check in due to our flight being very early in the morning. We were lucky enough to be able to check in right when we arrived. We appreciated that since we were very tired. The room has everything one needs, very clean and clear. we would definetly recommend!

Cons:

Pillows were a bit to hard for us but nothing major

Tutto , ero stata in un hotel della stessa catena anche ad Amsterdam e che dire sempre impeccabili! Ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi . Lo consiglio !

Good stay in the heart of Berlin
Pros:

The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from Spittelmarkt metro station, offering a fast connection to the airport and very good connections all over the city. Some sights are also within walking distance. The rooms are small, but fine for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, two pillows were provided, we ended up sleeping really well. Staff is friendly and you can also store your luggage at the reception, as long as you need to. The hotel bar is also nice. Breakfast was overall fine, offering good quality ingredients, also some organic stuff, and good coffee. But I would have loved some more options with regards to eggs as they only offer boiled eggs. Also, the breakfast space layout isn't ideal - breakfast is served in the hotel lobby, which might be funky, but not ideal, as the chairs and tables are too low. We ended up having breakfast being seated at the bar, as it was the most comfortable option for us.
