Lovely hotel, with a great location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Spacious rooms

Cons:

The spa was broken. Both days. This is the second time we’ve stayed, and the second time the spa was broken. Sincerely disappointing after a big day of skiing when all you want is a soak.

Overall the hotel was good.
Pros:

Location was excellent and main reason we stayed there. View from the room was great with the balcony. Size of room was good too and heated floors. Kids loved the pool and sauna.

Cons:

Beds were terrible. The mattress was so lumpy and sunken. It gave my husband a headache along with hardly any sleep. Toilet paper was so rough and awful to use. Shower pressure also poor. Steam room was cold so we couldn’t use it.

Pros:

Out of season so didn't see any staff. Everything worked so great, great views, enjoyed the spa, but it makes too much noise overnight, turned it off at the switchboard and suggested my neighbour do the same.

Pros:

For $1000 a night this 3 bedroom suite was much less than we had expected. A view of mountains was challenged by the very large car park two floors below and the walls and windows of the adjoining building a few metres away, including a view straight into a bedroom and a bathroom. The room is tired, presumably due for a refurbish. Cold, until we found a thermostat inside the fuse box; no instructions. We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions in the past decade, and it is just not what it once was.
