Memorable.
Pros:

Isaias was a super star at the Palmeira lounge. Super friendly and accommodating.

There was a hickup with our room booking but otherwise the experience at the hotel was pleasant.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing and overall experience was enjoyable.
