Great Hospitality and View
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special, especially in the morning and at sunset.

The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The breakfast was another highlight – very good variety, fresh items, and well organized. It’s a perfect way to start the day.

Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

A Pleasant and Well-Organized Experience for Corporate Events

Overall, I rate the experience as good and pleasant.

From the initial reservation process to the final confirmation, I was very well assisted and guided by Ms. Stela Iguane.

My company hired the conference room services on a full-day basis for a four-day training program. During our stay, we were well supported by Mr. Nelson Uate in the Buzi Room.

All specific matters and requests for clarification were promptly handled by Mr. Lucas Muchanga

Regarding the hotel itself, it has a good location, a pleasant atmosphere, and the facilities were always clean and well maintained.

The price paid was fair in relation to the quality of the service provided. We experienced no issues with noise, and the hotel staff were consistently respectful and helpful.

For future events, we will simply coordinate meal schedules more effectively to ensure better use on our side and reduce waste on the hotel’s side.
