The prompt response of the manager. It was a long journey and a wrong branch of protea booked. Got this sorted by calling the kuramo VI branch at no extra cost.
The fact that i wanted to make a payt via my app to the hotel account and was refused, the staff were asking me to use my card, which i declined, i wanted to make a cash transfer these guys refused me saying the account/finance dept have closed. Thankfully, the beautiful female manager walked in with a big smile asking me what the problem was, she immediately asked them to hand me the account details, while i was waiting for the previous transfer from my taptap app dropped.
Second of all, i asked the front desk staff (a lady) who gave me a higher rate than what it was supposed to be. I dont mean to be rude, she actually need more training. Sometimes, a little smile can change a horrible situation, espcially, if you are the face of any company!
Lastly, the pillows were not looking like what the pictures of Protea on the internet is saying!! I invited Mark or Patrick cant remember his name now, to show him what this should look like. The competition is super keen and you guys need to stay on top of your games. I use legend curios, and just a first try, it was not a good experience at all.
Thank you to the female manager again, she needs to be elevated and more of her kind would definately make a huge difference to PROTEA.

The food menu did not include the items that were advertised or were always out of everything. Additionally, the listing on Expedia stated "ocean view," but the ocean view no longer exists, which constitutes false advertising. There were also numerous issues with the internet throughout the stay.
Service and calm environment.
Only disappointment was the manager never once greeted or engaged me.
The staff was beyond wonderful. They took great care with every part of my stay. I highly recommend them and looking forward to staying with this property again. Bravo!
