Room amenities not in good order. Toilet flush didn’t work properly. Sink faucet leaked.phone was not connected hence didn’t work. Bird droppings just outside the window so much that makes you keep the curtain closed. King size bed has two separate twin mattresses. Overall the room looked rundown.
The faucets in the men’s washroom were very loose.
On other hand, restaurant staff and food both were very good.
By no means it is 5 star, more like 3 star hotel.

Employees are extremely helpful. For the hotel it self , Bathrooms are in very POOR condition. The owner and Management needs to check the BATHROOMS .

The hotel was well run. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well ventilated. However the fridges in the rooms were not working despite being checked and replaced. Also, they were not able to provide multiple room cards for room. However, service was good, the food was very good and customised to our taste (we had some food allergies). The swimming pool is large and well kept. The morning breakfast buffet was well organised. A special treat was the live flute performance we heard (on Saturday, Sunday and Monday) by the very talented flute player Keshavraj and his musically gifted young son, Vasishta (who came on Sunday to play). We enjoyed our stay.

Very bad service quality…we stayed for 4N and were disappointed with almost everything. Although the rooms are well furnished and spacious…service quality at this property needs tons of improvement…room service took over 45 mins to deliver a cup of tea consistently every day…breakfast service is pretty pathetic too…staff seems disinterested…basics like cutlery, napkins and even water at the table needed multiple reminders. Food quality is also pretty average…
Overall it was not s great stay…they are probably exploiting the fact that they have very little competition…there are not many good hotel options nearby so guests end up choosing this for its location.

Amazing experience. Ideally located. Very festive vibe and high spirited holiday environment. The decor was super beautiful. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The dining manager personally served us our Christmas dinner. Overall this hotel is a must to stay at.

This place is in desperate need of renovation and upkeep. We stayed for 2 nights and had the worst experience. There was bat poop on the walls of the corridors, and door of the room. The furniture and decor is ancient and coming apart. The toilet faucets and flush tank were continuously leaking. Service is abysmal- staff are not trained. We waited 40 minutes for a glass of water at the restaurant. The food too was less than ordinary. The refrigerator at the restaurant was repulsive and dirty. One expects a certain standard from a brand like Royal Orchid. This was an absolute disappointment. Plug points in the room are only at floor level and inaccessible behind tables. Stairs and doors leading to the rooms and restaurant are dirty beyond description. The holiday season rates were also incorrigibly high for the services offered. NO value for money spent.

Had an amazing stay at The Royal Orchid Central Kireeti.

We wanted to explore Hampi so thought of staying here. The location is within accessible limit to Hampi temples.
Rooms were clean and organised. The hotel ambience is good. Our breakfast and dinner was great with so many options and food quantity and taste was amazing. Hotel has ample of parking space with EV charging. The area is calm and peaceful. Room service and staff is helpful. We even got option to late checkout.

It was value for money. Would love to come back here again.

Excellent location. Very close to the railway station. Easy to reach Hampi from the hotel. Tastefully made interiors . Room comfort takes care of every tiny detail.
The General Manager took care of our special need for vegan food by directing the Chef amply and the Chef out did himself by serving us lip smacking vegan dishes. Polite well trained staff. Overall very memorable stay.

The hotel is well located for a visit to Hampi. It caters for international visitors and hosts various events for local community. The room facilities were OK but need updating particularly the bathroom. The breakfast choice was limited particularly fresh fruit. The exception being the hot counter serving on demand dosa etc.
There are limited choices outside to suit Western palate so stuck with hotel menu.

I had a such a high hopes for mutton ghee roast and butter chicken was too hard it was not cooked properly

Hotel is good. Service in general v good though housekeeping services take little longer than usual. Two plug points were not working and hence we had to keep the kettle at a different part of the room which was inconvenient.

Extremely surprising that they Indian sweet was not served in breakfast buffet on any of the three days we stayed.

Hotel Orchid Keeriti was nice. We were trying to choose between Hyatt and this. Chose Royal Orchid Keeriti thinking it will be closer to Hampi sites. That was not really how it worked out.

The rooms were clean and service was good. On arrival there was a dead bird in the balcony. Tip to service: pl check all parts of a room. We had suite which was very good and large with 1.5 bathrooms. And a living area.

Food was ordinary. Unsure why good south indian food was not available. Rather there was a preponderance of bengali or Indo chinese food. Improvement in menu and flavor is needed.

Our 4 night / 5 day stay at the Royal Orchid Central Kireeti Hampi hotel was truly enjoyable. Our room on the third floor was spacious and well furnished with all amenities. We relished the sumptuous buffet offering at breakfast and dinner. The staff was attentive and efficient. Highly recommended!

Good hotel for family stay. Its an old property so don't expect too much with respect to rooms and infrastructure (gym was in bad shape). However, they make it up for service. Chandan Mal in the restaurant is an amazing guy and Abhimanyu Jadhav (F&B Manager) should take care of him. Front desk people Vijay was extremely helpful for all our needs along with rest of the staff. Food spread was good and had special items at all times and the hotel has good accessibility.

Good evening buffet menus a bit basic but reasonably priced , breakfasts hit and miss for European tastes but otherwise a good place to explore the wider HAMPI area

It was good and clean . we had good time . Amazing helpful staff . Quick response for any requests.we had good time with kids and family .

This hotel was arranged by my travel agent. Love every aspect of it. The food served in the hotel was exceptional. Ramu the restaurant captain can suggest the best food for you. I will definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in this hotel from the 6th to the 8th Sept and had a truly memorable experience. A special mention to Mr. Anbu, who went out of his way to decorate our room beautifully for a birthday celebration , it was such a special moment and made the occasion extra special.

The restaurant staff also deserve the appreciation for their warm hospitality and exemplary service.

We would also like to thank the front desk staff for their support. Their suggestions on what to see and do in Hampi helped us make the most of our time.

The pool was big and nice. There is a gaming room with a play station.
Gym needs an overhaul.

While the property could benefit from a bit of refurbishment, the exceptional service provided by the staff makes up for it.

Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we are grateful to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.
