Lage toll, Personal auch, Zimmer leider sehr alt und nicht (mehr) gepflegt

+ freundliches Personal am Empfang
+ gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof in 12 Minuten mit dem Zug in Amsterdam
+ Kaffeemaschine und die kostenlosen Kapseln
+ kleine Küche in der Familiensuite mit Tisch

Cons:

- mangelnde SAUBERKEIT (Flecken auf der Bettdecke schon bei Bezug des Zimmers, dann Bettbezug abgezogen und die Decke darunter war so übel, mit riesengroßen gelben Schweißflecken)

-am großen Doppelbett waren an den oberen zwei Ecken große rötliche Flecken auf der Matratze

- auf dem Sessel klebte ein Kaugummi

- kaum Schränke vorhanden oder Ablageflächen im Badezimmer, man musste alles au den Boden stellen, auch die Aufhängung für die Handtücher im Bad war auf einer Seite abgebrochen

-Dusche mit schwarzen Fugen im unteren Bereich und in den Ecken

-Garderobe sehr sparsam für vier Leute,, nur zwei kleine Haken für vier Jacken

-Im Bad ließ sich die Duschtüre nicht komplett schließen, stand somit immer einen Spalt offen beim duschen

-Mikrowelle ist sehr alt, an den Luftschlitz rostete sie und innen blätterte sogar Farbe ab

-Bad auch 1 Lampe von 2 kaputt

Net hotel op een goede locatie
Pros:

Netjes hotel vlakbij het station. Wij hadden een familiekamer. Netjes twee 2 persoons bedden, ene klein keukentje en een tafel waar je gezellig met zn 4en kan zitten.

Cons:

Er was in maar één van de kamers een badkamer met een toilet, je moest dus door de andere kamer om bij de badkamer te komen. Daarnaast waren de kamers best wel gehorig.

Great location, excellent stuff, the receptionist helped a lot with the check-in system and other requests

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated. Also, the automated check-in system was awkward and it would be hard to deal with without the assistance from the receptionist (maybe it was a result of booking two rooms which the system may not work well with)

Vrijwel geen service en zeer gehorig. Zelf inchecken, restaurant en bar was dicht. Heel onpersoonlijk. Ontbijt was minimalistisch
