Für den Hochsommer bedingt empfehlenswert, da sich jeder Bereich auch das Restaurant sehr aufheizt.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön. Sehr schöner Pool und Spa Bereich. Freundliches Personal und gute Küche.

Cons:

Das Hotel an sich ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, in vielen Bereichen nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist ziemlich altbacken mit muffigem Teppich, die Bäder sind jedoch renoviert. Auch die Betten sind nicht gerade rückenfreundlich...

Der größte Kritikpunkt ist jedoch, das in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse/Kategorie die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind...wir hatten noch Glück das es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht zu heiß war... überhaupt ist kein Bereich des Hotels klimatisiert :-(

Pros:

Krásná wellness area, vyhřívané bazény, úchvatné výhledy a milý český personál. Na snídani i večeři velký výběr kvalitního jídla. Venkovní terasa restaurace je krásně upravena, stoly jsou obklopené udržovanou zelení.

Cons:

Uvítání na recepci, neprofesionální jednání slečen na recepci. Neměli jsme dojem, že jsme vítáni. Pokoj byl čistý, ale potřeboval by již rekonstrukci.

Es war ein außergewöhnlich toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Der Spa-/Wellnessbereich war toll. Vor allem
der Saunabereich. Hervorragendes
Frühstück! Sehr sauber! Nachmittags wurde am Pool kostenlos Eis verteilt.

Cons:

Die einzelnen Gänge wurde mit langen Pausen beim Abendessen serviert. Das hat uns persönlich zu lang gedauert. Es war recht warm im Zimmer, trotz kühler Nacht und offenem Fenster.

Not the best hotel for Summer Family Holiday
Pros:

Un polite staff and most important note. No AC in the Hotel so don’t plan during summer. Pool is a highlight but the rooms are like being in an Owen

Pros:

Sie Sauna und Poollandschaft war der Hammer. Der Ausblick auf die Berge war sensationell. Essen hervorragend und die Kellner (männlich) sind alle sehr auf Zack gewesen, super freundlich und immer gut drauf.

Cons:

Beim Empfang sind wir ein bisschen enttäuscht gewesen. Wir sind zum ersten mal dort gewesen und die die uns ei gecheckt hat, hatte denke ich ihren ersten Tag oder so. Sie hat fragen von uns ignoriert und uns meiner Meinung nach auch nicht verstanden (Sprachbarriere) aber es sind 3 andere noch dabei gestanden die nicht eingegriffen haben als sie bemerkt haben das wir Hilfesuchenden eine andere Dame angeschaut haben.
Desweiteren ist es sehr schade das ab 7 Uhr Frühstück Angeboten wird aber um diese Uhrzeit kein Personal zu sehen ist um sich ein Omelette mache zu lassen.

Super moderner neuer Wellnessbereich, Zimmer können da nicht ansatzweise mithalten.

Super Wellness und Fitnessbereich!

Cons:

Zimmer sind relativ alt und passen nicht ganz zum neuen und modernen Wellnessbereich. Leider auch ohne Klimaanlage.
Essen kam teilweise lauwarm an. Personal teilweise etwas unbeholfen. Wir haben keine richtige „Einweisung“ ins Hotel erhalten, erst auf Nachfrage.
Als wir uns E-Bikes ausgeliehen haben, wurden uns diese nicht einmal erklärt.
Hatten uns leider etwas mehr erhofft:(

Freundinnen Wellness Wochenende
Pros:

Wir hatten einen Freundinnen Wellness Aufenthalt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Saunalandschaft war herrlich, ebenso der Poolbereich. Es war für jeden was dabei. Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine hervorragende Auswahl.
Das Abendessen war einfach nur überragend, optisch wie geschmacklich. Wir waren im Nebengebäude Haus Hubertus mit kleinem Balkon mit seitlichem Blick auf Wald und Berg. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig.
Die komplette Hotel Crew war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Elsőre nem értettük hogy működik a vacsora,de nagyon jól megvan minden csinálva,a wellnes részleg valami csodálatos volt. Az ételek egyaránt ízletesek és ötletesek.
