Der Preis war super günstig, doch wollte ich kein Zimmer das nach Rauch von Zigaretten riecht

No wifi in the rooms, basic delapidated rooms.
Pros:

Location is the only good thing about this place. And also we were able to stora luggage after departure.

Cons:

The staff lied about internet and think people are stupid to believe them. They pretent and tell you there is technical issue with wifi, but in reality there is no internet extension to room levels and you can only get wifi in the lobby which always stinks of smoking. You may be able to get some internet on the 2nd floor, but not anywhere else.
Rooms very delapidated. Everything is holding by the thread. Renovations were carried out 20 years ago in the rooms. Lobby looks more decent than the rooms.
Choose different place to stay.

Pros:

Good location near the train station but still not far from the market. For a 1 night stay it was perfect for us. The room was not big for the 4 of us but that was fine. I loved the style of the lobby and the breakfast was nice and lovely people!

Kleines, famililiäres Budget-Hotel in unschlagbar zentraler Lage!
Das Hotel ist angenehm ruhig. Der Frühstücksbereich ist gemütlich und familiär gestaltet. Durch die wenigen Tische und Nischen kann man hier morgens in Ruhe in den Tag starten. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker. Das Bett war sauber und roch angenehm frisch.
Das Personal ist herausragend gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit (ein Problem mit der Spülung wurde sofort innerhalb von 5 Minuten behoben). Obwohl das Viertel Basmane im Netz oft als zwielichtig beschrieben wird, habe ich mich im Hotel selbst sicher und aufgehoben gefühlt - es wirkt deutlich seriöser als andere Unterkünfte in der Nachbarschaft. Eine tolle, günstige Basis!

Cons:

Die Gesamtausstattung ist der günstigen Preisklasse entsprechend einfach gehalten. Mein Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster, weshalb es bauartbedingt manchmal etwas muffig roch.
Gegen Ende des Aufenthalts war zudem das WLAN im Zimmer leider etwas instabil.

Location, very close to centre and train and metro station. Bazaar nearby.

Cons:

I was on the 4th floor, top floor. Only stairs which I don't mind, Keep moving but for someone with mobility issues could be a struggle. There was no lift on the property.
