Think twice before booking this place. Read the reviews and see the photos
Pros:

The manager in the morning was kind.

Cons:

- please see the photos, the room I got, in the annexed building at 4th floor was really dirty. The room needs a fundamental cleaning and renovation. There was hair all over the shower. The shamoo dispenser was broken. Towels were used and dirty. I put some of my clothes on the bed and took few hours of sleep. I can't believe such a place could exist in Turkey in 2026 and on booking.com

- photos on booking.com are really old and far from what hotel actually looks like.

- forget free wifi outside of lobby. Better to get an e-sim and use it.

- bring some sanitizers and after bite spray as apparently there is bed bug or some kind of insects in the room.

- there is a basic breakfast with bunch of low quality items, I had a bite and decided to eat outside.

- if you are on a very very tight budget and have some extra bed sheets and after bite spray with you, here is better than sleeping on the streets.

イズミールの中心に近くて安心して泊まれる素晴らしいホテルです。
Pros:

部屋が清潔でエアコンも良く効きます。
スタッフの方はとても親切で、いつも笑顔で気持ちよく仕事されています。
シンプルだけど朝食も美味しく、お天気の良くない日はレストランの無料のチャイでゆっくり時間を過ごせます。
時計塔まで歩いて15分くらいで行け、市場やレストランも近く、とても便利でした。
また次も利用したいと思える良いホテルでした。

L’emplacement pas trop loin du bazar, grande chambre.

Cons:

Clim bruyante dans la chambre car ancienne, assez bruyant dans les couloirs la nuit et manque de service de navette vers où en partant de l’aéroport.

Pros:

Quarto e banheiro bons, café da manhã tradicional turco bem gostoso. Local simples, porém agradável.

Cons:

A localização, embora privilegiada por ser perto da estação de trem, possui uma vizinhança muito feia, lugares sujos, velhos, espremidos, região barulhenta. No quarto só tinha lençol debaixo, nada para separa da coberta e/ou da colcha, usei está última para segurar a coberta.

Un viaje interesante
Pros:

El trato del personal y la ubicación. El desayuno más que decente. Muy recomendable visitar Kültürpark que está a menos de 10 minutos caminando (del hotel), el bazar Kemeraltı, también muy cerca, ademas en la avenida principal hay un sinfín de restaurantes, pastelerías, tiendas, cambio de divisa, etc. Otra recomendación es coger el ferry y cruzar a Karşıyaka (un bario menos turístico de Izmir), pero muy auténtico, muy tranquilo, los restaurante de comida tradicional y con precios más bajos que en Konak.

Cheap option in Izmir.
Pros:

Good location to old town creates a filling being in it. Simple Turkish breakfast.

Cons:

Hot water only appears in the morning. No view from the room, window goes into ventilation channel. I did manage to to park my car there with a help of the staff, but it is difficult to find a parking space there. Without a car hotel difficult to access.

Good location, could be cleaner and the room didn’t get much light. For the price it’s good and beds were comfy.
