In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.
This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

Nothing, The room looked lived in, dirty and hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival, was full of alcohol bottles and bodily fluids
Everything, dirty, dark, small, had plasters and condoms and used clothes in the room, with energy drinks and alcohol cans littering the floor
An absolute disgrace I couldn't tell you what your accommodation was like as there was a leak in my room that they before I was meant to go. Just as a warning trying to communicate or get hold of this company is an absolute junk and as for waiting for them to get back to you you might as well not bother. Was told to wait 72 hours for a refund but over a week later and still not heard anything absolute joke
This was without question the worst hotel stay I have ever had.
The room smelled strongly of cannabis and stale cigarette smoke, as if someone had been smoking in there for weeks without any cleaning. The smell was embedded into everything — the curtains, the carpet, and even the bed sheets.
Speaking of the bed sheets… they were filthy. Stained, unpleasant, and clearly not changed properly. I honestly felt uncomfortable even sitting on the bed, let alone sleeping in it.
The walls were another story altogether. They were covered in dirt and marks, looking neglected and unhygienic. The whole room felt inhumane, like no basic standards of cleanliness or care existed at all. It was less like a hotel room and more like an abandoned smoking room that hadn’t been cleaned in months.
This place should be ashamed to offer rooms in this condition. No guest should be expected to stay in an environment that smells of drugs and cigarettes with dirty walls and bedding.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere unless you enjoy sleeping in filth and breathing in smoke smells all night.

I like this establishment to be CLOSE PERMANENTLY. So it won’t SCAM other people.
I checked in online and didn’t received any access code. By the time I arrived in the place, took a lot of time to find the hotel because there was not signage & there was even no reception to cater the customers. I called them more than 10 times but didn’t answer. By the time they answered my call, they just hang up and couldn’t contact again. Then I talked to one of the guys who booked a room there, they said the room was so dirty, full of molds & leaking sinks.
DON’T BOOK HERE! I’d like to be able to tell you but I wasn’t able to get into the property as the details provided didn’t open the door!
Where do I start! 1) they send you a message on booking.com that looks like a scam message which I initially refused to use on WhatsApp as it was asking me to pay for checking in!! After realising I wouldn’t be able to just turn up and check in with someone I eventually begrudgingly ceded and used the only route available to me. This part is a proper scam as booking.com star that the charge includes taxes and charges so them charging on top I am pretty sure is illegal. 2) They charge you £5.97 per person for the privilege of using this awful automated WhatsApp bot. 3) they then say the are going to send you a code at a specific time which they didn’t and I had to continuously have to chase them worrying I was going to be homeless for the night. 4) they sent details about a different guesthouse to me with my guesthouses address. When I told them this that came back with “it’s the same place” - and how am I supposed to know that!! 5) the code didn’t work and you then have to start from scratch on the automated bot which is horrendous because it then asks you to pay the admin fee etc etc. 6) by this stage I’d had enough and started to look for alternative accommodation. I was wet and cold and totally f-off.

Everything. Beds were filthy. Rooms as well. Bathroom mouldy. Tv wonky. Glass / mirror in walls. Electric cable exposed. Dirt all over walls. Stank. Staff not present or responsiveness. Wifi did not work

Il a été impossible de localiser l’hébergement, les indications fournies étaient insuffisantes ou incorrectes. Malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n’ai pas pu séjourner sur place. De plus, je n’ai à ce jour reçu aucun remboursement, ce qui est inacceptable. La communication avec l’établissement a été inexistante ou inefficace.
The cleaner was a very nice girl and polite, she tried to clean as much as she could.
And helped move the extra bed out.
It was filthy, and the staff didn't respond until I complained to booking.com.
They have a number that asks you for your name first before they answer your call.
They had an extra bed in the room that made the room very small and when I asked for it to be removed the lady was very rude on the phone, and she was unhappy that I complained even though the room was cheap.
The heating was not working properly it was very clear that the temperature on the boiler was set very low.
The shower pressure was good but the water keeps turning very hot and very cold whilst showering.
The bed was very uncomfortable 😣.

One of the worst "hotels" I have ever booked with we arrived at at 3.20 couldn't check until 4pm waited around until 4 to not get a answer until 4:30 when maintenance guy turned up had to get hold if the manager for us , to then be told our room won't be available until 7pm!! Due to it needed cleaning, upon arrival it was dirty, other guests struggled to go in their room , no one was their to help , then I requested a refund was told it would be in by midnight , its now the next day 1pm and my refund Still hasn't happened, you have to pay a £5 per person fee to be spoke to very rude not professional nor was it welcoming!!!!! My only advice is stay far away

None of my lights worked after an hour of being in the room as it seemed to have tripped out in the room only, the corridor was fine, so they were obviously on a timer, i couldn’t charge my phone or put the fan on in the hot room, I have threw up after going to the toilet because of the smell of either mould or the drains coming from the bathroom, this was utterly disgusting. The pictures of this place on the website is a scam. I found weird stains on the bedsheets, black pubic hairs in the bed and I felt like things were crawling on me in the night as I’d wake up brushing them off. There were either blood or makeup marks all over the walls. This was an utterly disgusting stay and even though it was cheap, if you value your health DO NOT STAY HERE, the stench of urine as you enter the property is so bad you gag. The couple staying next to us kept heaving from it too and had the same problems with the electrics. How this place is allowed to be open is beyond shocking. There were also fire alarm faults clearly stated on the main box. Very unsafe. The owner/manager laughed at me in the morning when I was leaving saying “thank you, no problem” when I explained everything. Actually vile.

I wasn’t able to check in at all. The door was locked, and there was absolutely no one available to assist. I tried contacting the property but received no help. Our New Year’s celebration was completely ruined because of this. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
