In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.
This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Avoid this property at all costs. What seemed like an affordable budget stay turned out to be an extortionate, miserable experience. The management hits you with hidden charges after the fact, including a surprise £4.97 mandatory fee (which no other place does? only this scam of a place) and a ridiculous £25 "late check-in fee" for an AI self-check-in. They refuse to refund either.
The room itself looks nothing like the listing photos and was filthy, battered and damaged. The kettle reeked of sewage to the point I was scared to even touch or use it, the bathroom lights didn't work, and the shower barely functioned. On top of that, the walls seemed painted black just to hide stains, the TV remote was under the bed, and the advertised "private desk" is a cramped joke under an empty closet rail that I could not cannot physically sit at. Wifi access was completely unavailable as they gave me the wrong password so I was forced to use my data even though they advertised free wifi. Appalling standards and completely dishonest business practices. I saw a review below calling this place a crack den and I completely agree, it is exactly like a crack den. DO NOT COME HERE!
Awful stay, nothing like the listing
Avoid this place. The room bore no resemblance to what was advertised on Booking.com, and it was a genuinely awful experience from the moment I walked in.
The carpet was filthy and stained, and the room stank. A window was cracked, which is a real safety hazard. The bathroom and hallway lights didn't work, so I had to use the toilet and bath in the dark. That is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud and kept me awake. The bedding and duvet cover were shabby and not fit for purpose.
Overall, the room was far below the standard advertised and well below what anyone should expect to pay for. If I had seen its real condition, I would never have booked it. I've lodged a formal complaint with Booking.com and requested a full refund. Check the photos carefully, and don't assume the listing reflects reality.

It’s not any bigger than a shed. The shelves were broken with the room. Checkin process is over complicated. I had to wait an hour for the key collection instructions.

Dirty bed sheets takes ages to reply to questions really bad more of a drug den.
We complained multabout times about the light in the bathroom that had no window, we were only there in the evening which made it difficult
