This property offers online self check-in only.

In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.

This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the accommodation was not of an acceptable standard. We immediately noticed damaged flooring, an overall lack of cleanliness, and visible dirt and hair throughout the room, including in the bed. Most concerning was that the property bore very little resemblance to the accommodation advertised in your photos, which we feel was highly misleading. In addition, several advertised amenities were either missing or not fit for purpose. We were promised a refrigerator and coffee machine; instead, we were provided with a fridge that did not work at all—meaning food we had brought with us could not be stored—and a kettle with basic coffee sachets, which is not what was advertised. The fan provided appeared unsafe, was extremely noisy, and did not work properly on first use. To add to this, the bedside lamp was also broken.

Pros:

The company is a scam, do not book here!!

Cons:

They charge you more after booking the actual room, sending you some dodgy link to click on, then if you check in after a certain time you get charged more, absolute joke. It also takes them 2 days to get back to message you sent and they dont answer the phone either.

We were very disappointed with the hotel, I think the price is too high for such conditions.

Room No. 5: Complimentary toiletries - none, towels - only one for two people, desk - none, fan/air conditioning - none, tumble dryer - none, wardrobe or closet - none, wireless internet - none and no phone coverage, dining area - none, clothes rack - none, toilet paper - a piece (we stayed for two nights and had to buy it ourselves), fire alarm hanging from the ceiling above the bed with cables, bathroom - no light, and bird poop on the window handle. In the room no. 7 on the first floor, the window has no handles, no fan or air conditioning, no internet, and no phone coverage.

Pros:

Les lits étaient confortables et propres.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur de tabac vraiment forte dans la salle de bain (venant de l'étage d'en dessous). De plus la douche fuyait, quelqu'un est venu nous le dire après 2min en disant de ne pas trop prendre de douche (nous avons pris nos douches, c'est un peu lunaire cette demande). Le réglage de la température de l'eau était quasi impossible : soit glacée, soit bouillante, un cauchemar. En résumé, au vu des commentaires précédents, nous étions contentes que l'établissement existe (le check-in est une galère aussi, il ne faut pas mettre de l'IA partout) mais nous ne recommandons pas : très cher pour ce que c'est la chambre est minuscule et sent le tabac.

The property is not habitable needs repairs to the wimdows and taps as well regular cleaning

Nothing It was old broken window unable to close had bugs and spiders flying around had no fan or Air conditioner no one at the property to assist

Cons:

Totally scam, don't stay at this place, very dirty and they ask you for extra money other wise they don't let you in, no Internet, door was broken and hair everywhere, very rude the way the proceed, they just want to get the money and that's it.
Very long check in trough WhatsApp, they send you links for you to pay and other wise can't continue with the check in, i had a very bad day.

Pros:

Terrible customer service.
No reception all online bookings, made to pay extra fees then wasnt sent codes for entry.

Cons:

Made me pay extra fees for early check in then wasnt anyone there to check us in, then they told us would he 8pm check in only to refuse is entry via email at 3pm.
No real reasons disgusting customer services and haven't even received full refund.
Be careful they are scamming people out of money I was 1 of 3 guest who experienced the same thing on the same day.

Cons:

There was a lack of communication and everything was through AI. There were 2 numbers given however, it was impossible to speak to anyone. There were no instructions on how to check in, what we had to do so there was a lot of wasted time and waiting around. There was a lot of noise, bedrooms are small

Horrible tenía dos colchones en la cama seguramente para no tirarlos el check in horrible tardo muchísimo la puerta de la mampara no serraban bien. La puerta de la entrada quedaba abierta toda la noche no me sentía seguro. Me sentí estafado con el tema de pagar extra por el check in. Horrible pior booking de mi vida de hotel. No recomiendo a nadie
