In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.
This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

This is my worst experience ever .
On arrival I had problems, paid extra for early check in and was informed I will get checked in code 4 pm but it took nearly till 5 pm . Staff was ok but didn't know what there doing could not phone them only communication through text which was not helpful.
I had two rooms. The first room had no light in the bathroom, the bed base was shabby, smoke detector hanging off the ceiling. No cold water only hot water in the shower . Was promised someone will come and have a look at this but this didn't happen. No notice to kind the step when entering the room nearly had an accident.
Then in the second room things went from bad to absolutely worse.
No light in the bathroom again, a whole in the ceiling could see the electrical cables.
The window only stayed open with a piece of wood!

Then I went to bed next thing I had a feeling of itchiness , got up and bedbugs in the bed .
Keep checking the carpet couldn't see any, moved the bed out and there were lots of them. Was absolutely disgusted with this. Had to sleep with my friend which was not ideal.
Have been bitten twice by bed bugs!
Contact the receptionist next day, no apologies from them , just said will move me to another room which of course I didn't want. Also their ignored my text first and denied that there was a bedbug problem

everything , wasn’t clean mold on the ceiling shower floor had black stuff on it hard to access tv all Chinese sent us the wrong code no staff to help at all you couldn’t even get into the building
Location was great, communication before arrival was great, ease of getting into hotel was great, and room was exactly what was asked for - tiny bed which was comfortable, tea kit, window.
Four flights up with no access for disabled humans is not ideal and was not warned about. When I asked (after arrival) no resonse came. In fact, no communication came whatsoever after code to enter building was given, in spite of multiple messages sent asking for information. It only mattered when I got out of the shower to use the towel and dry myself off, but when the towel was unfurled it revealed a crusty brown spot that flaked off - it was unclear whether it was poo or mud, but I was understandably disgusted. There was no other towel bigger than a hand towel to use for drying off. No biggie, I thought, I can ask for a clean towel for the next shower. I did ask, a few times, and got no response. Having to dry off with a tiny towel is not tragic, but it's not ideal. It also made me doubt the cleanliness of the other towels. Regardless, I did survive and got a restful sleep. Still, there was no communication back from the host.

O check in foi cobrado mais £:11,94 e demorou mais de uma hora pra me passar o acesso, fiquei sem energia total por uma hora e de madrugada havia um buraco na parede do quarto e tinha alguém fumando em algum lugar e tive que passar a noite toda parecendo que havia alguém dentro do meu quarto fumando! Horrível noite!

Dirty room, no working lights in bathroom. Springs on ancient mattress of very small bed were poking through . Pillow old as f.
Carpet torn and dirty. Cabinet in bathroom all broken and whole place was not as advertised. Smelled of marijuana smoke the whole time despite all the no smoking signs. Window could not be opened so it smelled all the time. When I booked I requested earlier check in and that was allowed. Then the automated check in would not message instructions for entry until 4pm
Despite messaging four times to request change of room or lights to be fixed in bathroom, no reply. Apparently anything you need, just message. No. They do not reply. And icing on the cake wes a &12 charge with a check in process that was not included in the booking details..
This is a terrible property and booking .com should remove them from the site.
Bed was comfy
No parking, shower needs upgrading majorly, fridge wasn’t working, bathroom smelt like damp.
Nothing there's no staff, there's no light in the bathroom. The radiator won't turn off. The mattress is like carboard. Where do I sort? There's so much more. I'm pretty sure there's Poo on the radiator as well. So the fact that you can't turn it off means that you're smelling warm Poo, the carpets smell of pea with place needs. Work badly
I understand this is a cheap hotel.
But there is not one redeeming quality about this place.
