In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.

This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Utterly disgusting and awful. A health hazard.

None of my lights worked after an hour of being in the room as it seemed to have tripped out in the room only, the corridor was fine, so they were obviously on a timer, i couldn’t charge my phone or put the fan on in the hot room, I have threw up after going to the toilet because of the smell of either mould or the drains coming from the bathroom, this was utterly disgusting. The pictures of this place on the website is a scam. I found weird stains on the bedsheets, black pubic hairs in the bed and I felt like things were crawling on me in the night as I’d wake up brushing them off. There were either blood or makeup marks all over the walls. This was an utterly disgusting stay and even though it was cheap, if you value your health DO NOT STAY HERE, the stench of urine as you enter the property is so bad you gag. The couple staying next to us kept heaving from it too and had the same problems with the electrics. How this place is allowed to be open is beyond shocking. There were also fire alarm faults clearly stated on the main box. Very unsafe. The owner/manager laughed at me in the morning when I was leaving saying “thank you, no problem” when I explained everything. Actually vile.

I wasn’t able to check in at all. The door was locked, and there was absolutely no one available to assist. I tried contacting the property but received no help. Our New Year’s celebration was completely ruined because of this. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room abseloutley reeked of piss when we came inside, there was a dirty stained mattress underneath the bed which we believe was the main cause of the stench , when we asked to remove it we were told there was no space for it to he moved to , the carpet was incredibley dirty and showering was an abseloute nightmare because the water was either extremley hot or incredibly cold causing a very uncomfortable experience , there was no toilet seat on the toilet which is very unhygienic, the only window in the room was broken so it had to be kept open by using an object , the actual bedding itself was so dirty that I was afraid to put my face on it so instead put a towel over the pillow , and my mum who slept on the pillow broke out on her face due to the dirtiness, overall this property was very dirty and smelt horrible and caused us to leave our trip early as it was unbearable, I dont recomend anyone to spend their hard earned money on this place and instead keep looking,* and to add one more thing, In the room there was only one light making it very dark inside especially because the walls were already painted black creating a confined almost cell like look

Most of the problems were down to poor maintenance and the difficult check in procedure.

Housekeeping were very efficient and helpful

Cons:

The heating was not working for most of the time and thus the room was cold. Two of the electrical sockets were unuseable. The tiles in the shower were loose and I had to be very careful not to dislodge them. The window was on the verge of falling out with large gaps between the window and the wall opening. It was very noisy and disruptive at times when people arrived in the middle of the night and had not checked in properly. the return spring on the outer door was insufficient to ensure that the door was always locked. I found that the front door was insecure many times. There was no remote control for the TV and although I reported it the solution I was given did not work so I finished up using my Laptop. The WiFi was almost unuseable and making call on my cellphone was limited.

Terrible and worst ever.
Pros:

This is very bad team and vey bad hotel. They charged me for a family room and offered me a room with one bed. No way to communicate with the staff. Very dirty. The poor and rude staff text me on Whatsapp and ask me I could leave if I was not happy about the room. It was 11:00 in the night and with a child.

There was a blood at the front door, Then police came. Did not feel safe.

Cons:

Everything, the room wasn't the one I booked. There was no way to talk to the hotel staff as they don't answer the phone. I This was the worst experience and I wasted my money on this very poor quality hotel.

Pros:

It's not 5* accommodation by all means, but for the price you can't go wrong. The shower was hot, the bed was clean and fresh and all the doors had secure locks. Bonus points for the tame seagull who noticed my leftovers on the side and politely knocked on the window until I fed him.

Couldn’t get in. Key pad was not great. No humans just AI which was so slow to respond. Extra hidden charges for checking in - non refundable even though they cancelled my booking when I arrived! AI message said there was a leak in the room. That ruined my New Year’s Eve plans. Never again.

I liked the location.

Cons:

Nobody has changed a towel in 4 days. Everything smells mouldy, the kettle is cowered in limescale to the brim, and an alarm went off the first night because someone was smoking in their room. Not recommended.
