In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply. To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest.
This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out. Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM. A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Actually,we didn't able to check in where in fact that day we're infront of the guest us hotel I call the number and she said coz I didn't reply the day before my book is cancelled,coz of that the neighbors in. The street help us to look for other hotel,we walk long way looking for guest house.my arthritis is killing me while walking with luggage.the worst part of it is,we're not able to attend the wedding.coz were looking for place to stay that night.it also change the checking in Time from 2pm to 4pm.and if we're are delay to 6 or 7pm we need to pay £25 Extra.and in online there's additional £4.97 each person as waiver and deposit non refundable what a scam.the neighbors said that blue skye guest house should be close down coz there's always having problem there.its really devastating experience,stress,pain in walking coz of arthritis looking for hotel.we went to Albany hotel we told our story and pity us they help us look for hotel,and booked us in Langford hotel.and we also told Langford hotel what happened to us.you can investigate to this two hotel.and see who is telling the truth us or the blue skye guest house.its a nightmare experience I deed.neighbor said sometimes they using different name.that blue skye should be block from booking.co coz it's a scammer and a pest for traveller.

Horrible tenía dos colchones en la cama seguramente para no tirarlos el check in horrible tardo muchísimo la puerta de la mampara no serraban bien. La puerta de la entrada quedaba abierta toda la noche no me sentía seguro. Me sentí estafado con el tema de pagar extra por el check in. Horrible pior booking de mi vida de hotel. No recomiendo a nadie

We paid for the hotel and turned up, it then asked for an extensor long winded id process that felt suspicious. After I did that, it then said I had to pay a further £25 late check in fee… despite no warning of this and I had booked it an hour before arriving.. upon paying this, it then said I had to pay more fees for the keys to be deposited. There was no staff at all, so we knocked on the first door, which was clearly an escort service, who threatened us. We then asked. Guy who came out the room if he knew what was going on, he said not my problem, and it was clear he worked there. It was an almost eerie experience and the only contact was a ai Watsapp that then disappeared after it took my money. We was left stranded with no money and had to stay on the beach. I still can’t get my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. One of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had.

Hotel and room very tired, frayed carpet, blinds didnt block the light. A 3rd childs bed was ser up nxt to the double for some reason.
It did the job but was a little pricey for what it is.

"I booked a room for one night. I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, but I couldn't get in because the pincode they sent me didn't work. I was stuck outside for an hour. I called Booking.com support and they cancelled the reservation, but the hotel is refusing to give me a refund. Lol, can you believe that?"

Difficult access to key safe every time entry was needed. Dark dirty. Entrance to room blocked with bags of linen.no light in bathroom. Smelled if urine with urine stains around toilet. Dirty and stained pillows. Aged and torn bed base with no head board. Dirty kettle. Dirty stained carpet. Licks on inside of door incorrectly fitted so no use. No fire escape no contact from owners when message sent about concerns. Hidden charges for 'llqte' check in at 6pm!!

Noise, walls paper thin, had no hot water, couldn’t contact staff when needed, window and door was banging through wind.
The location , instructions how to gain entry, our pet seagull ! The rooms are great for a short stay and do the job! Reading other reviews makes you think what your booked yourself in for but I think the reviews aren’t giving this place enough credit, seems like people are being very picky. We enjoyed our stay. The shower was temperamental .
The room was the size of a double bed.Couldn’t both walk at once. Dark. Dirty and dinghy. Never cleaned. Worst of all the internet hardly worked. No one cared. I had 3?phone numbers they take 24 hours to answer. I kept having to help other victims, access their room and/ or check in. It’s daylight robbery. They never replenish coffee or tea. There is no chair. There was a constant electric fault written on the electric board. It was really hard to get in. I had to check in with I’d to 2 separate phone numbers. The place is daylight robbery. No heating. It took me two days to get a winter duvet and extra pillow
I didn’t like all of the above. No service. No housekeeping. No internet working properly. Entry light to dark. Stumbled to find inadequately sized room in order to sit up on bed, as there is no chair, I needed to keep the toilet door open to move the bed to sit up against the wall. It was dirty and disgusting, in that no one cared, neither to clean, replenish coffee or give any service. I was promised double room with balcony and got double bed in a single room for a fortune
Shocking hotel, to say the room was so unclean, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, it was horrendous.
Paid £20 for an early check in, nobody answered the phone until after the early check in had finished so I lost out money and didn’t even get the service!!
There was no one to help I was standing 1 hour outside the door trying to get in and messaging on what’s app the number that was giving and the replies were taking so long aswel
