Pros:

Lovely and accommodating hotel management and staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Located close to the beach, convenience store, self serve laundromat (although there is one at the hotel) and restaurants.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

Short walk to beach and town for food. The receptionist was extremely friendly and gave us lots of suggestions on what to see/ do in Paihia.

Cons:

The property was outdated but we had a pleasant stay.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and informative. Pool was clean and in good shape and office has pool towels to use. Room was clean tidy and had everything we needed. Has usb charging port and extra pillows. Walking distance to everything. Black out curtains.

Cons:

Bed was very very hard, although decent size, warm and good quality bedding. Fridge was loud on and off overnight.

Good for convenience and visinity to pahia tours, but pricey for the size of the room and amenities

Bathtubs were stained, no lifts do you need to carry luggage on the steps if you get a room on upper level

Highly Recommended
Pros:

The room was perfect for our needs, including a bath. Amazing landscaped pool. The grounds are so pretty, well landscaped. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfectly located, far enough away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to a beach or into town.

Cons:

Just a shame that the hot tub wasn't operating.
