Location good, unit very spacious, staff very helpful, facilities very good. Everything well maintained.
Comfortable bed and lovely bedding. Good wifi.

Cons:

My room very great, however I had a unit above me and I do not think the soundproof in the ceiling was adequate and there was continually the sound of people walking overhead whenever someone was in the unit.

Staff were lovely, provided me with a lift to catch my early am bus.
Pros:

Staff were welcoming & quickly resolved my need to move rooms.
The rooms were clean & comfortable.It was a short walk from main wharf & restaurants, shopping etc

Cons:

Breakfast was basic continental, convenient as on site & optional.
Plenty of alternatives nearby if requiring a cooked breakfast.

Too Greedy
Pros:

Location was good and unit was clean. Only met one staff member who was friendly and welcoming
Room was serviced. .

Cons:

I think it us appalling that motels raise their prices by $100 per night over Waitangi weekend. There is only q day that is a public holiday so therefore only one day of paying time and a half for staff. Considering it was at full capacity makes the extra $100 a night even more galling. The beds are the hardest beds i have ever slept on...like lying on wood actually. Will not be back.

A decent place to stay, close enough to Paihia to not move the car once I’d checked in.
Pros:

It was good value and close to the beach

Cons:

It was a good 10 minute walk into Paihia.
The block I was in was echoey and at night I heard strange sounds from other guests.
There was no breakfast available on the Friday (I hadn’t booked).

It was okay but not what we expected.
Pros:

I liked the early check in and we were given the keys even though the rooms were not ready.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very appealing. As we don't eat bacon and ham, there was not any other option. We had to pay extra for eggs.

Pros:

This hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the pier and a supermarket. It's incredibly convenient. The room was also very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I bring my parents. It's fantastic!

这家宾馆地理位置和设施非常不错。它离码头非常近走路只需5分钟非常方便。 意想不到的事情是老板是中国人、能用中文沟通太舒服了。老板看到我们是华人还给我们升级了套房、相当哇塞勒 哈哈哈 住着非常爽歪歪。 下次带父母来玩也肯定会定这家 超级喜欢💕

2박동안 너무 편하고 즐겁게 잘 놀다 갑니다. 일단 호텔 위치가 부두랑 해변가랑 5분거리에 잇다보니 너무 편하고 좋앗어요. 공고롭게도 스위트룸이 비어잇다고 2박하는 저의 가족에게 공짜로 업그레이드까지. 너무나도 고맙고 감사햇어요. 다음 해 부모님 모시고 또 이 호텔에 올 예정입니다. 2박 동안 멀찍하고 편한 호텔에서 잘 놀다가 갑니다. 사장님 사업대박나시고 내년에 또 뵙겠습니다.

Nice and clean, well maintained, wonderfully friendly staff, fabulous location, walking distance to the beach and cafe strip, pool was excellent, really good value for money. Highly recommended.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived in the wrong car park lol to the time we departed. Situated in a great location away from everything yet just a hop and a skip to anything. Our room was a perfect fit with an A/C that quickly became my best friend. Such a lovely gesture receiving a bottle of wine from management to bring in the new year. Had an exceptional stay.

Cons:

The shower head is pretty low so if you're tall like me it would be a tad inconvenient but nothing to write home about. Had second-guessed myself whether or not we had access to the pool since we weren't staying on-site but next door where the rooms are located. Very minor concerns.
