Nothing!
We had an amazing experience and stay! Such a beautiful hotel in the most stunning ground's! The food was delicious and the staff were amazing too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.....
There's nothing to dislike
The staff were very friendly and very much focussed on customer service. The price for the room, meal and drinks was reasonable. The room was really nice and very large and came with a bath. The bath was large and filled up in about 2 minutes. Building architecture and grounds are lovely. The area is also very quiet.
This is a pedantic one but they need to tone down the air fresheners in the lobby and bar area. The smell was quite over-powering.
The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Prompt checkin
Very helpful person at 6am when I checked out who gave me good advice about getting onto the M6
Could not find the lift….perhaps this needs to sign posted better
TV didn’t work
Majestic hotel where you literally stay in the middle of history. Park was large and beautiful. Good breakfast. I will stay again 💖.
Bus stop was far. I heard somebody had break into the car on the parking lot (good thing there are cameras).
The history and character
Lovely unique place which has centuries of history within its walls.
Excellent staff, ambience and good food.
Everything was fine, nothing bad to report.
Friendly staff and authentic environment
The mattress was a bit soft to my liking
Beautiful building and grounds

The hotel has that WHOA factor from turning into the driveway to everything else that followed that weekend. Walking into the hotel was stunning so was the interior and the gardens and moat completed the setting. Staff were so helpful and always had a smile. All meals were beautifully cooked and presented and very reasonably priced.
We have a king size bed at home so the double bed was a challenge.
Location , ambience, history , restaurant/ food , gardens & helpful staff

However bath was too high to safely enter for shower
Decor requires a little TLC

The room was clean and presentable. Breakfast was excellant with a varied choice of food. The facilities and grounds were perfect.
The TV didn't work, but I had my laptop, so I could catch up on news and watch a programme to get me off to sleep.
