Fabulous building and surroundings
Room was tired, seemed understaffed
Lots of history and our room (207) was in the old part of the building, four poster bed and very quirky
Paying for the parking when you have already paid to stay!
Lovely building
Our room was heavily stained, the bed frame as soon as you walked in had huge marks all over it, the bath mat was full of mould
Evening meal was excellent and the room had many interesting features
Staff were very friendly and food was very good
The room we stayed in was quite dark, beautiful but dark. Unable to pull up the roman blinds fully which would have helped, as would better lighting in the rooms.
I went to a Birthday party. The meal was lovely but port was served in plastic shots glasses instead of port glasses. Silly because everything else was so good
Beautiful venue. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
We attended a wedding and it was really well planned and seamless.
Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice loved the friut cocktail
Was upgraded. And the room and staff were lovely. Thank you.
Nothing!
