Pros:

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, I would recommend anyone to come. The hotel was beautiful to hold a Wedding. The staff, food & staff absolutely beautiful. The only negative comments is checkout too early at 10.30am. But I would definitely come again.

Not a chance!
Pros:

Actually, I tried calling to speak to reception about a possible visit. I waited about 5 minutes for the phone to be answered (having listened to numerous options!), to hear barked at me, "Coombe Abbey", no hello, no good evening, no sorry for the hold, no nothing. I said, "Good evening", and they hung up. What shocking service!

Lovely romantic evening stay
Pros:

We visited for a one-off evening away as a couple and could not have been more impressed with Coombe Abbey. We upgraded our room and were delighted with the space - we were treated to a gorgeous steam room shower and free-standing bath. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable and warm even on a very cold night.

Staff are friendly and food in the Garden Room was lovely in the evening. Breakfast was also reasonable, although more could have been on offer.
