Lovely hotel and staff
No breakfast ordered
Lighting in room was very dark/dull
Was not aware that we would need to pay extra for parking which was quite expensive
Breakfast was plentiful and all freshly replenished, room big and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay
I got lost a lot 😀
Exceptional hotel, amazing room with wonderful views over the moat. Welcoming staff who are very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
Unique character
A little noisy at nighttime
Lovely place
Great room, very clean and spacious. Period setting made it more special. Great service by all staff. Lovely breakfast and great choice.
Room was quite warm during the night with no control in the room but opened a window that managed to bring the temperature down to a more comfortable temp.
Beautiful building and surrounding grounds, lovely welcome and Breakfast manager and team were great, food was really good quality and presented beautifully.
It was a shame we weren’t in the main building, however aware of a large wedding been on. The bar in the garden needed more staff as you had to queue for long time and with the wedding and event on the lady good have done with a hand.
Breakfast could do with some variety
The rooms were incredibly hot. Sure there was a heat wave but our stay was made uncomfortable by no air conditioning
Breakfast was nice and quite good value for money. The room was very pretty and charming.
The room wasn't ready so we were unable to check in and get ready for an event we were attending. The room was very warm and not all the windows could be opened to let more air in.
Good ambience, feeling of opulence.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice BUT could be improved, specifically only one hot drink machine which was very slow resulting in long queue/wait even at quiet time.
For a hotel of that calibre and price surely they could bring tea pots and cups and saucers to the table and would be more in keeping.

Nothing, everything was good
