Fantastic old hotel with lovely grounds and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very much focussed on customer service. The price for the room, meal and drinks was reasonable. The room was really nice and very large and came with a bath. The bath was large and filled up in about 2 minutes. Building architecture and grounds are lovely. The area is also very quiet.

Cons:

This is a pedantic one but they need to tone down the air fresheners in the lobby and bar area. The smell was quite over-powering.

Majestic hotel where you literally stay in the middle of history. Park was large and beautiful. Good breakfast. I will stay again 💖.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel to stay.
Pros:

The hotel has that WHOA factor from turning into the driveway to everything else that followed that weekend. Walking into the hotel was stunning so was the interior and the gardens and moat completed the setting. Staff were so helpful and always had a smile. All meals were beautifully cooked and presented and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

We have a king size bed at home so the double bed was a challenge.

Brilliant
Pros:

The room was clean and presentable. Breakfast was excellant with a varied choice of food. The facilities and grounds were perfect.

Cons:

The TV didn't work, but I had my laptop, so I could catch up on news and watch a programme to get me off to sleep.
