Great hotel , excellent service
Pros:

Lovely clean , comfortable hotel in the middle of town . Great for strolling into town for restaurants and perfect stop for visiting the beautiful falls . Outdoor pool really nice . Concierge excellent , Ailen really looked after us booking taxis etc. This really kind of service is so helpful and really added to enjoyment of stay . Gracias !

Excelente todo el servicio brindado por el personal del Hotel!! Todas las instanciones en perfecto estado! Muy limpio! Muy hospitaltios y serviciales. La ubicaciónn es un 100!!! EXCELENTE!! Y lo vale!!! Cuando uno sale, hay locales y también otros lugares para comer! Esta a 3 cuadras del jardín de los picaflores!! Fui con mi hija y le encantó todo, sobre todo la pileta! Es muy recomendable para ir en familia. Ambas piletas hermosas y las de los niños más! El desayuno super completo, mucha variedad, todo fresco y rico! El cafe con leche de la maquina riquísimo!!! La tienda de regalos en el hotel también super amables y variedad para elegir (precios)! Muy atento y amables todo el personal, los feliciito!! Y como nos fuimos temprano y no pudimos desayunar, nos dieron una vianda rica y practica! GRACIAS!! Cuando regrese a Cataratas, seguro regresaré a este Hotel!! sigan asi!!! Nos quedamos con las ganas de comer la comida del restorant que esta en obras pero seguro regresaremos! Muchas gracias!!!

There is a lot to like about the hotel. Great building, nice size room, wonderful pool and a very good good breakfast.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was terrible. In today day and age when we rely so much on our iPhone and tablets a hotel of this quality cannot afford such terrible Wi-Fi. It made our planning a nightmare and we could not be in touch with members of the family. Don’t stay there until they fix the Wi-Finn
