Had a wonderful stay while visiting Iguazu Falls
Pros:

Modern hotel with a great breakfast and free water refills in the foyer. Location close to many good restaurants and the bus stop. Good wifi. Friendly reception staff who spoke good English and stored our luggage after check out.

Cons:

Can’t fault it, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Could have stayed longer

L'emplacement très pratique près de la gare routière et restos. Bel espace piscine (l'eau froide en septembre).

Cons:

L'isolation phonique inexistante, le pain et les viennoiseries au petit déjeuner sont de mauvaise qualité - gout de margarine, les plats chauds sont très salés.

NO DEBERIAN PEDIR CVV DE LAS TARJETAS DE CREDITO!!

Me gustó que estaba en un lugar céntrico, el hotel también tiene buenas instalaciones y es agradable el desayuno pero deberían variar.

Cons:

Al momento de hacer el check in me pidieron todos los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito incluído el CVV, yo sabía que había que presentar la tarjeta de crédito y si tenían que hacer un cargo de preautorización lo podrían cargar a mi tarjeta y luego anular como en otros hoteles de 5 o 4 estrellas que estuve, pero lo que no entiendo es porque me pidieron todos los datos, pero como mi tarjeta son de alta gama tienen CVV dinámico y es de un solo uso el cvv, no puedo decir que fuera algo del hotel pero me parece raro que luego en la madrugada intentaron hacerme un cargo pero salió rechazada porque pusieron el Cvv erróneo según lo que me llegó por mensaje.

Un lugar ideal para ir con niños

Ubicación y calidad de todos los servicios, excelente!
Nos encantó que tuviera espacios para niños, tanto en la zona de la pileta como adentro una sala de juegos. Nos dieron una cuna, había sillita en el desayunador e incluso imprimieron dibujos para pintar en la recepción. Mucha paciencia de todo el personal y muy buena atención

Cons:

Realmente todo fue excelente, poco para cuestionar. Lo único que podría decir es que nuestra habitación estaba en un extremo donde el personal de limpieza se ubicaba, y había momentos donde se escuchaba mucho ruido de platos/cubiertos o cuando ellos conversaban. Fue un detalle menor y el personal era super respetuoso.
