Un hotel super ubicado con un personal poco capacitado
Pros:

el desayuno es lo mejor, junto con la ubicación, excelente lugar dentro de Iguazu

Cons:

An excellent experience
Pros:

We are a family of three. The room was confortable, the staff was welcoming and breakfast was yummy and nutritive. My son is celiac, so they had a small food box to take with him for the day. By the way, the location is excellent, just a few steps away from the central bus station an close to restaurants and shopping areas.

Pros:

EL desayuno me pareció bueno, aunque me hubiera gustado algo mas de fruta y omeletes/panqueques salados. La piscina super limpia, linda y amlpia pero sería bueno tenerla mas a temperatura porque en invierno está muy fria.

Pros:

El hotel es grande y bastante ruidoso. Es muy lindo y está moderno.
El desayuno es muy bueno, aunque bastante ruidoso el lugar también.
Tiene piscinas y eran muy lindas. Fuimos en un época de no tanto calor, pero una pequeña piscina era climatizada.

El hotel en general es bastante ruidoso.
Las habitaciones no tienen balcón y se sentían un poco encerradas, pero muy hermosas.

Excellent Choise
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Fatima at the check-out counter was especially helpful. We had an issue with a double booking, and she, along with Jonathan, sorted it out quickly and professionally. We also appreciated the staff who guided us on the local tours and explained how to use the public transport, which made getting around very easy.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh fruits and a fresh orange juice machine, which we really enjoyed.

Our room was large, clean, and spacious. The hotel's location is fantastic—right in the center of town and just a short walk from the local bus station.

Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. The excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and perfect location made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only suggestion we have is regarding the packed breakfast. We had an early morning flight and requested one. It included only an apple, a small tetra pack of fruit juice, and a few walnuts. We felt the selection was quite limited and could be improved.
