Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a long stay for a medical reason , front staff and house keeping and restaurant staff is really helpful especially Mr Parmeet (reception )and Ms Kavita (restaurant - GSA ), very helpful.

Pros:

It has great staff and service.
But the rooms are quite old and food options are limited in the breakfast, you need to talk to the server for more. But the food is pretty good and overall I would recommend to stay here.

The staff at the entry at times is not helpful with the luggage and doors.

Despite these minor discomforts
I would still say that it was a beautiful stay for me.

I would like to highlight Ankit Yadav as well since he was the first person to ask for the feedback and hear it very patiently. People like him create a superb experience for travelers.
