I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable with great amenities.
The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help.
Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
The location is convenient, especially for business travelers.
Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience—I would gladly stay again.

Has gone downhill dramatically over the last few years. Terrible & in need of refurbishment & new management.
Pros:

All the rooms are now tatty, with furniture & fittimngs often broken or dangerous.
The rooms were dirty & the cleaning eratic, dispite several requests to improve things.
Wifi is poor.
All the staff smile & say "yes" but nothing gets done. The only shining light is Anita, the lobby manager, who is great & appears to be desperately trying to compensate for the incompetance of everyone else.
What's worse is it appears to have become a party hotel, with 4-8 people in a room, partying all night long & the staff do nothing about it.
Reception staff are poor & their systems a joke as all the notes & billing are always wrong.
