Was not expecting a large hotel, but it was a good stay, staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a long way up to the top floor on a very hot day - not so great if you left something in the car!

The ease of it all
The hotel is a lovely building very well situated and right in the heart of the city. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful. Really liked the bar area and the food was amazing.
Although the room had everything we needed and was clean we felt a bit let down by the condition of the room it was extremely tired and in real need of refurbishment. There was broken furniture, marks and holes in the wall and rusty fixtures and fittings in the bathroom. Desperately in need of modernisation. However i must add the room did have everything we needed and bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is moe en ziet er slecht uit. Slechte hygiene. Schimmel op douchekop. Te duur voor wat het was.
Been Many times and yes going again.
This time the lift was'nt working. There are options as for companies to hire alternative mechanical chaires to climb staires.
I'm Disabled. Visibly. My alocated Room Top Floor.
The time before. The heatter was'nt working. It was December just before xmas.
The Rooms are tired and i recognise the interior furniture to be 30+ year old.
I was also there the night Prinsess Diana passed away so i Do Know.. Regards. Robert Jones
