Great staff and really convenient location.
Bathroom could do with an update but not a real
Issue.
Place; silence; breakfast was wonderful
The toilet was old and a bit dirty, there was also no toothpaste and shower gel, there was only one thing that we didn’t like
Decent room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Mould around window, single gazed window, and inadequate curtains which didn’t keep light out so was woken up early by sunlight.
Location , plenty of parking
A bit noisy outside my room and the room is bit dated
Central location and nice staff with a pub on the site.
Poor beds, poor decoration and poor rooms. It really is a spit and sawdust hotel for tradespeople but unfortunately the prices don’t reflect the standards. It’s a last resort choice.
Brilliant choices for breakfast. Faye who looked after us in the breakfast/dining room once again went above and beyond to ensure that our eating experience was amazing - thank you Faye.
The bar area was nice and modern but the rest of the hotel was not. Some of the staff were very helpful.
The bath was very slippy when taking a shower. Some parts of the bathroom wasn't clean. The hall ways to the rooms smelt horrible..
Free WiFi that’s about it.
Staff very rude. Beds so uncomfortable ended up with a bad back! Hardly slept because so uncomfortable. No plug sockets next to the beds.
it was in the middle of town
very run down rooms dirty
Location
Room requires some cosmetic improvements. Wifi was poor.
Only the location and the lady at the check in, who was friendly and helpful. After that, a complete disaster.
The room was shocking. Dirty, not maintained, mouldy… completely shocking. Only one socket available and far from the bed…
Location
Tired bathroom facilities with no toilet roll holder, chipped bath and mouldy silicone around bath. Not appealing to use.
Nice rooms. Staff friendly.
