First impression on main door handles were absolutely stinking
Didn't look the cleanest and room very dated and walls dirty with holes in headboard
Excellent breakfast and as always Faye was brilliant taking our breakfast orders and waiting on - always smiling and welcoming.
Reception lady was friendly and welcoming
Room dated, shower poor quality and not enjoyable issue with mixer taps, mattress dated and too worn (very soft) pillows cheap and not enjoyable
Hotel stuff are friendly, Room clean, tidy but old. Room was really big. car park close to enterance
Can hear man Fan air flow all the time outside the window
staff and breakfast was fine
The room was tired with lots of black around huge amounts of silicon sealer in the bath room. The whole site just felt really really tired and in need of love
Very central to Wrexham, rooms a bit dated but always exceptionally clean and friendly staff.
Slightly tired and dated rooms
No me gustó nada
Estaba sucio, el baño con hongos en la ducha. Un olor terrible, olía muy feo una mezcla de humedad, con pintura. La atención fue terrible No hubo quien ayudara con algo tan sencillo como pedir un taxi.
Very good
Basic hotel with small rooms
Had to have window open all night as no air conditioning
Noisy outside
Comfortable room in a central location, 10 minutes' walk from Wrexham General rail station. The breakfast was very good, and good value too. There is off street on site parking, although I did not use it on this occasion Would probably stay there again.
No complaints.
It's central staff are friendly and the parking is good.
Nothing
The staff, specifically James were exceptionally helpful, polite and cheerful.
The lower bar area could do with a bit of an upgrade.
