Amazing stay

Ticked most of our boxes.
Pros:

Location is brilliant. Room overlooks the car park, we like that so no need to go out and check all ok. Breakfast was ample, everything available and hot.

Cons:

The hotel couldn’t be blamed but the people in the next room, talking loudly till 3 am, then having sex noisily for further 40 minutes. We didn’t get a restful sleep.

Staff are the star of the show, Room need some attention
Pros:

The staff were fantastic from check-in to dinning in the bar. The food was excellent in terms of taste, presentation and value. Location for our needs was also spot on and saved us a super early start the next morning

Cons:

Whilst the room was suitable and had what we needed, there were some issues that need addressed, One of the glass tumblers we were using to drink from in the room has chips off the rim and could have cut my lip. I decided to have a bath and could see that in between the links on the shower house, black mould was visible, this could have been taken care off with a spray and good wipe. The next day my black hoody fell down the side of the bed between the wall, when I retrieved it, it was covered in thick dust.

Great value for money and lovely welcoming staff
Pros:

Absolutely lovely staff, even helped me carry my bags to my room! Felt very safe and was made to feel very welcome.

Cons:

No plug by the bed so couldn't use my sleep apnoea machine. !
