Pros:

Visiting Clarkes is like stepping back in time. The architecture of the building makes such a refreshing change from the modern hotels of concrete, glass and over the top air conditioning. Our room was lovely and was beautifully furnished and the public areas of the hotel were also thoughtfully presented. Although some people might find it a little formal, the staff were friendly and polite without exception. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Property is well maintained despite being old. It is situated near mall road and has easy access to main road. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We had an amazing and comfortable stay.

Family stay at Clarks!
Pros:

Clarks is heritage propery with excellent location ! The the sunset view from terrace is easily viewable . staff is extremely polite and helpful. It being our anniversary they endured a very comfortable stay and decorated our room so nicely! It's an Oberoi chain and lives upto its name . The food was nice and breakfast buffet was good except that I wish the coffee was better
The property is in severe need of renovation as certain corners of the room smell of the stale rubber in sofas. In all otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
