Really Friendly staff especially Aira, she made our experience in Rome amazing with all the recommendations to visit/eat (the food was especially amazing recommendations). The hotel is in a Great location, we couldn’t have found a better location with everything you need a short walk away. The rooms are well kept on top of and just what you need, good shower, comfy beds, small fridge if needed, free use of safe. There’s a lift up to rooms, we were checked in fairly quickly. On check out we were able to leave our luggage and carry on exploring Rome which is really appreciated. Our experience was great, thank you everyone and again especially Aira ❤️🇮🇹

As a hotel manager myself I am appalled at the customer service in this hotel. Upon arrival we were told to wait in the lobby and they would call us when they were ready to check us in. A guy came and told me to go to reception to check in and when I got there the answer was we will call you when we are ready ? I was just told by a staff member to come to reception? Completely unorganized reception and untrained staff! I was asked how many keys I would like I said four as there are four guests in the room, reply was maximum we can give is two keys which was disappointing! Blonde women was trying to push attraction tickets on us and said NO WE NEED TO DECIDE NOW AND PAY…after a long night of traveling we didn’t want to be pressured into deciding which attractions we wanted to see… we just wanted to get to the room and relax, they also asked me to send them my confirmation email? Which they already had as they confirmed my details prior…. For GDPR reasons I think it’s also ridiculous I had to write my visa information on a form. Our room had no electricity upon check in & even though it was fixed at a later stage the electricity and WiFi was not great. Also met another guest in the corridor and she mentioned how rude the staff were. Water was provided daily in the fridge provided in our room, we were told this was free of charge by the member of staff who brought our luggage to the room but on checkout I had to pay 2 euro per bottle which is ridiculous!!!
This hotel was in a great location but I would not recommend. Hotel disappointing but Rome was amazing

La localisation et l equipe

Stayed at this hotel in February, 2 adults and a 12 year old. We had a double bed and single in the room. The bathroom was very spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels and toiletries. No air conditioning. Room got very warm during the night. If the window was open the noise was too loud. There is a jazz club near by and you can hear it at times even with the window closed. The walls are very thin and we heard the people next door in their bathroom, showering, running the taps etc. It would have been nice to have more places to put things down, lack of space for three people.
Breakfast was good however the buffet area is very small and not designed very well. The coffee/tea machine is located in the walk way into the buffet area which is already a small opening, so people are in the way of those who want to go straight into the buffet.
Location is a bonus. We walked everywhere. The Spanish Steps is 7 mins away as is then Trevi Fountain. Staff were friendly, however, when we checked out, we were asked if we drank the bottles of water in the fridge. We had drank one bottle and got charged 2€. I don’t understand why the water is not complementary. The mini fridge just had 2 small bottles of water. No notice to say you would be charged, no price. Just a large fridge with two plastic bottles (which cost 1€ in the shop next door). The room has no tea/coffee facilities so water isn’t a big ask.
All in all, an average hotel.

They don’t tell you that there is a charge for the water in room which in most hotels it is complimentary
I don’t like that they ask for card number because of any breakages (that’s ok) but didn’t like it was written on a piece of paper and kept under the counter and when I asked where it would be stored and if secure was told it would be fine
