Rooms are good, only found some problem in the shower, the water was good, but during shower, drain water was partially blocked and start to overflow into the bathroom and needed to stop showering and wait for water to flow into the outlet
Generally was considered very good
The hotel is clean and room is spacious. I got a executive room but the executive lounge was closed permanently which is a disappointed. There is no need to pay more for executive room since there is no extra benefits in doing so.
Great hotel and massage was amazing after a long day of touring with my wife
My husband’s company hosted an event at this hotel so we decided to book a couple of nights here for convenience prior to returning home to the U.S. It was definitely not a good experience. The room was spacious, but very outdated. Normally, I could tolerate this if the customer service is good. However, the customer service here was awful. When we checked out of our room, we had tons of luggage. We called the front desk fod help, but no one picked up. When we finally managed to get all of our luggage downstairs, there were 4-5 employees just standing around shooting the breeze. They saw us struggle to get all of our luggage out of the elevator along with our two children, and just watched. When I approached the counter to check out, I informed the employee that no one had answered our call for luggage assistance. She didn’t even acknowledge my statement. I asked for a final receipt and they said that they don’t give receipts. They were extremely rude and discourteous and I will never recommend or stay here at this hotel again.

It was good but they don’t have AC throughout the entire hotel (e.g. hallways). Also saw a small cockroach in the bathroom
