Pros:

Très bien situé pour les cyclistes du Canal, avec, en plus, le garage pour les vélos, extra!
Dans un quartier calme, proche de la gare et du centre ville.

Overall an ideal stay for a night
Pros:

Location. A 5 min walk from the train station. The lady at the front desk was very helpful recommending places to eat etc and how to get to the fortress. The room fulfilled our 1 night stay perfectly.

Cons:

The only thing seemed to be that the bathroom door was very difficult to slide closed, and the toilet felt a little unstable - both things that could be fixed easily.

Pros:

l'emplacement près de la gare était pour moi le grand atout de cet hôtel.
le petit déjeuner était très copieux, un vaste choix de pains etc

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé on peut tout faire à pieds. Personnel sympathique literie très confortable chambre très propre. Le petit déjeuner salé et sucré est copieux. Merci pour cet agréable séjour passé dans cette belle cité de Carcassonne.

Un acceuil deplorable , on paye on a droit a minima à un "bonjour" aulieu d un aboiement les clefs de la chambre .
Quant à la qualité des installations on ne peut distinguer la vétusté de la crasse .

Ideal short stopover if travelling via train. 10-15 minute walk to castle.

Приятный непритязательный отель, удачная локация
Pros:

Местоположение действительно отличное. 5 минут - и вы на вокзале. 5-10 минут в другую сторону - и вы у моста, ведущего в крепость. Локация - это главное достоинство отеля. Сам номер - нормальный, чистый. Мебель и сантехника, как здесь пишут, немного уставшие, но я останавливалась на 2 дня - вполне нормально. Еще из плюсов - чайник в номере, пакетики с чаем, кофе, сахаром. Правда стеклянный стакан на ресепшене не смогли дать, пришлось вино пить из бумажного стаканчика) Но штопор на ресепшн был.

Cons:

Во-первых, полотенца - ну очень ветхие, такие даже на дачу не отвозят, выбрасывают)
Во-вторых, завтрак, можно было бы в нарезку к жамбону положить и сыр.
Но это все мелочи. Общее впечатление приятное.

Cómoda estancia en Carcassone
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo pero a la vez en una zona tranquila

Cons:

Faltaba un ascensor quizás para quienes llevan mucho equipaje o quienes les cueste andar
