Pros:

Propriétaires chaleureux et accueillants. Très bon emplacement (3 mn à pied de la gare). Hôtel propre et confortable.

Cons:

Absence d'ascenseur pour accéder à notre chambre au premier étage . Le tarif du parking n'est pas bien visible sur le site de Booking.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A proximité de la gare de Carcassonne.
Pros:

Petit hôtel familial, très bien situé à proximité de la gare. Chambre propre, une bouilloire est mise à votre disposition, ce qui était grandement appréciable. Douche et sanitaires propres et spacieux. Je n'ai pas pu tester le petit-déjeuner ayant dû partir plus tôt mais tout était très bien.

Friendly, clean and close to the station.
Pros:

Very close to station and clean, comfortable room. We were in the Annex, so did not have to carry heavy bags upstairs, which was a bonus.

Cons:

No bar fridge in the room, so could not keep milk fresh or drinks cold. It was 35 degrees, so we would have liked cold drinks.

Hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien placé proche du centre ville et du port et dans une petite rue donc très calme. La literie est super confortable, bon accueil et un bon petit déjeuner

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect, very close to the station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and good value for money. The hotel perfectly met our needs for a quick stay in Carcassonne after travelling around southern France.
