Pros:

A well-positioned hotel with genuinely impressive facilities, particularly the spa. The rooms are a strong point — generous in size, fresh in design and clearly recently updated.

Cons:

Two areas with room for improvement: the heating was out of service for a period during our stay, and while staff were responsive when approached, follow-up communication was not proactive and required chasing. Breakfast is functional but on the basic side — fine for a quick start to the day, though perhaps not a reason to linger.

Ottimo, ma pecca un pelino di scomodità
Pros:

Bello l'albergo, bella anche la stanza il servizio ristorante e pizzeria. La SPA, veramente stupenda.

Cons:

Il letto era particolarmente scomodo, nonostante fosse inverno la temperatura era esageratamente alta e impossibile da regolare, tanto che una notte abbiamo dormito con la finestra leggermente aperta.
I cuscini erano molto scomodi, anche se l'ultima sera lo staff ha potuto fornirci dei cuscini in piuma molto più comodi.

Zimmer uns Spa sehr schön und sauber.Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Buffet könnte etwas Abwechslung reicher sein und ein paar wärmere Speise mehr anbieten.Das Salatbuffet hatte kein Dressing.Ansonsten alle prima.

Doskonałe miejsce na tygodniowy, komfortowy pobyt narciarski.
Pros:

Bardzo wygodny, komfortowy hotel. SPA po nartach, 6 rodzajów saun, fitness room. Śniadania także dla nie-Włochów :). Restauracja przy hotelu ok, pizzeria bardzo dobra. Skibus naprzeciwko.

Bellissima posizione centrale al paese
Camera bellissima, silenziosa, con doppia porta-finestra su balcone e vista panoramica come richiesto, senza moquette, arredamento moderno, spaziosa, pulitissima, doccia enorme, doppio lavandino, camino elettrico, letto grande!
Ho chiesto di non sostituire gli asciugamani ogni giorno tramite la app e la mia richiesta ê stata esaudita.
Spa grande e con piscina sia interna che esterna non enorme ma adeguata per un albergo in paese. Molto apprezzata la piscina dedicata ai minori di 16 anni e l’area adults only!
Colazione con molta varietà e buon rifornimento anche nelle ore più tarde, apprezzata l’opzione del latte di soia nella macchina delle bevande calde.

Peccato per la temperatura della stanza che era eccessiva (27 gradi) e non regolabile dalla stanza. Ho più volte chiesto di abbassarla senza risultato…
