Breakfast is perfect! Matteo try to arrange everything. You feel comfortable.

Evening dinner is also perfect! For Manuel nothing to much asked. They try to arrange everything!

The pool area and spa facilities were very nice and clean. There seemed like a lot was on offer, including vehicle hire.

Location is really good; you can't be closer to the beach, but the area requires you to have a place to rent to enjoy the seaside. The pool and the hotel itself were great. Small parking area, which was really packed, so reserve in advance, but we always got a spot during our week. I liked the events they organised, and the staff are really there for you; just ask what you need. Their breakfast is top; you shouldn't miss it. The pool is also nice.

Lage

We absolutely loved i-SUITE! Great location, beautiful design, amazing pool and one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had.

But the best part was the people. The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

It is rare to find a hotel that combines such a distinctive design with such a warm and personal service.

We left already talking about when we could come back. Highly recommended!

This was our first stay at i-SUITE and certainly not our last. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after.

What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff and management were always present, attentive and available whenever we needed anything. Everything was handled with professionalism and a smile, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

The hotel itself is unique, with beautiful suites, a fantastic heated pool and a wonderful spa. Breakfast until midday is another big plus!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. While the hotel itself looks nice, the attitude of the General Manager and the assistant Manager completely ruined our stay.

We booked two rooms through Agoda and requested that they be next to each other. We were bluntly told that such requests are only considered if the booking is made directly with the hotel. Apparently, because we booked through Agoda, our request didn’t matter. As paying guests, we found this approach extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The room itself had multiple issues from the moment we checked in:

* The internet was not working.
* The coffee machine was not working.
* The air conditioning had problems.

Every single time we reported an issue, the response from management was, “This is not normal.” Well, if it’s “not normal,” then why was the room handed over to guests in that condition? I have no idea whether other rooms had the same issues, but ours certainly did. Instead of resolving the problems promptly, they seemed more interested in repeatedly telling us that the situation was “not normal.”

The biggest disappointment, however, was the attitude of the senior management. Hospitality is about acknowledging problems, taking ownership, and making guests feel valued. Instead, we were met with defensiveness and a complete lack of empathy.

To make matters worse, the General Manager actually compared the inconvenience we experienced with the two complimentary welcome drinks they had offered. We paid approximately €350 per night, per room, and somehow we were expected to feel adequately compensated by drinks worth around €10. It was honestly unbelievable and came across as dismissive rather than sincere.

Things can go wrong in any hotel—maintenance issues happen. What guests remember is how those problems are handled. Unfortunately, the attitude of the highest level of management was far more disappointing than the technical issues themselves.

I would not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it. At this price point, guests deserve far better service, professionalism, and respect.

This is a really nice top end hotel with excellent customer service. Nothing was too much from the staff. We would have no hesitation staying here again or recommending the hotel to others.

Tesis konum olarak çok iyi bir yerdeydi, temizlik son derece iyiydi özellikle akşam tekrar havlu değişimi bizim gibi sık duş alanlar için çok konforluydu. Böyle hareketli ve yaşayan bir bölgede kalmamıza rağmen akşamları rahat uyumak ve odaya hiç sesin gelmemesi bizi çok rahat ettirdi. Bir de personelin yardımseverliği ve kendimizi evimizde hissetmemizi sağlamaları da bu tesisin artısı olmuş,sabah kahvaltıda bize servis yapan sevgili Matteo güler yüzünü ve servisini unutmayacağız. Ve mutlaka otelin restaurantı i-Fame de akşam yemek yiyin,son derece iyiydi.

Loved the style of the hotel! The breakfast, spa, room service etc. My daughter is studying design and is fan of frutiger aero -style so we got there to celebrate her 18th birthday!! 💜
