Pros:

Hotel molto bello, arredamento moderno e ricercato. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ottima colazione e ottimo il servizio ristorazione. Piatti ricercati e servizio ai tavoli eccellente. Letti super comodi, ho dormito cosi bene come non dormivo da tempo. La pulizia delle camere è da 10 e lode.

Cons:

Ho trovato un po' fuori luogo l'accesso alla SPA a pagamento solo perché ho prenotato da Booking. Non per il costo, ci mancherebbe, ma più verso l'attenzione al cliente, che per inciso non si ricorda di booking ma conserva il ricordo della struttura e dell'esperienza ricercata che offre questo Hotel. Diciamo più una caduta di stile, che per 30 euro di accesso rischia di rovinare l'esperienza totale. Come se qualcuno che spende 1000 euro per 3 giorni da ospite, si preoccupasse la volta successiva di prenotare sul sito per risparmiare 30 euro. Fossi il gestore ci penserei e "'offrire" almeno un accesso a titolo gratuito.

Vicinanza alla passeggiata a mare, garage coperto,

Cons:

Bagno senza privacy (ci vorrebbe un vetro opaco) perché visibile dalla camera, assenza di prese corrente doppie adiacenti al letto, bagno troppo minimal senza appoggi comodi, macchina caffè poco agevole. Le camere non sono suite, ma camere vista mare.

We have been coming to this hotel with our family for many years, and every stay is always wonderful. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and professional. The waiters are excellent, always attentive and friendly, and the hotel administration and the director do an amazing job making sure everything runs perfectly.

The hotel is very clean, the pool and the beach are beautiful and well maintained, and the food is always delicious with a great variety of dishes. Their breakfasts are absolutely incredible, with a wide selection and everything always fresh and beautifully presented.

We also really enjoy the evening parties and entertainment, which create a great atmosphere for guests.

It truly feels like a place we love coming back to year after year. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for making our vacations so special.
