For information, the commune of Morillon will be undertaking rehabilitation work on the public areas of the Morillon 1100 - LES ESSERTS resort. The work will start at the end of April 2025 and end at the end of November 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

L'appartement avec une chambre était très bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le coin cuisine est assez petit mais pour 3 jours c'était suffisant. La piscine est un plus.

Cons:

La piscine est un plus mais 2-3 degrés en plus seraient appréciables après des journées de ski.
L'absence de rangement dans le salon/cuisine peut vite devenir compliqué pour des longs séjours.

Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour

Nous avons été très content de notre séjour à Vacanceole
Nous ne connaissions ni la région, ni l établissement
Baptême du ski pour ma part.

La chambre est propre, calme, belle salle de bain avec baignoire.

Le personnel est accueillant et repond à toutes les questions sur les environs.

Nous y retournons en mars !

Personal war nett

Cons:

Unverschämt, dass Grundausstattung wie Seife nicht vorhanden ist. Ebenfalls den Müll selbst zu entsorgen bei den nächsten Containern außerhalb des Hotels habe ich nach so vielen Reisen noch nicht erlebt. 300 Euro Kaution ist deutlich zu viel.
Ich frage mich, wie so ein Hotel 2026 noch überleben kann.

Wij zochten een accomodatie in de beurt van Les Gets van midweek tot midweek, ik de kerstvakantie. En alleen hier konden we terecht voor een hele redelijke prijs.

Terrible experience – never again

I stayed alone, and even so, the experience was completely unacceptable.

The room was in very poor hygienic condition, with clear signs of inadequate cleaning. To make matters worse, upon arrival I was required to put the bed sheets on the bed and the pillowcases on the pillows myself. Honestly, I have never experienced this in my life in any paid accommodation.

As if that were not enough, upon departure I was then told that I should remove the sheets. This was presented as an obligation, not a courtesy, making me feel as if I were an employee of the place rather than a guest.

After reviewing the rental contract, I confirmed that there is no clause requiring the guest to perform such tasks, whether making the bed or placing or removing bed sheets. Therefore, this requirement has no contractual basis and is completely inappropriate for a paid accommodation.

This is not hospitality. It is disorganization, lack of professionalism, and total disrespect for the customer. A stay should not involve housekeeping duties from beginning to end.

Thankfully, it was only one night, because I will never return. This place is far below any acceptable standard — worse than a roadside motel.

Strongly not recommended.

Pros:

The studio living space was quite large and the position of the residence is walking distance from the ski gondola to go to the ski resort.

Cons:

Small space for storage and very small kitchen space. The sink is miniscule.
The bathroom too is a bit cramped.
