Lovely place done with a lot of taste looking out on th eBay, except 2 rooms.
Pros:

The staff was Brazilian friendly. Most spoke either French or English and all were helpful with indications of where to go, special requests etc.

Excellent service and a very cute boutique hotel
Pros:

Very well located in the historic district. Felt like a home. Staff were just amazing. Excellent suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. They helped us with the smallest of requests.

Cons:

Toilet seat didn't function and TV didn't work for a lot of channels.

Pros:

The location, the amazing staff, the room (we had the one on the street and the noise was perfectly fine, the room was 4.5m high, and so beautiful); it was Perfect to visit both santo Antonio and Pelourinho and easy to access the rest of the city)

An excellent well run operation- with outstanding customer service
Pros:

A business that know what it is doing. Great service from staff, great location, comfortable, big bedrooms, good aircon, good bed

Cons:

The description about the room having a terrace and pool view was a little misleading. Our room had a shared terrace, with access to the pool- that affected privacy a little. But once we adjusted to it - it wasn’t a problem

Une hôtel boutique de qualité
Pros:

Une rue animée mais aucun bruit dans la chambre. Un coin sympathique. C’est la deuxième fois qu’on y vient, toujours avec le même plaisir. Un petit effort à faire en offrant de l’eau et des pantoufles ou claquettes, mais c’est accessoire

Cons:

Le personnel est très sympathique. Le réceptionniste a emporté nos bagages jusqu’à notre taxi à cause de la fermeture des rues pour le carnaval. Merci à lui🙏🏼

Pros:

Atmosfera de casa com serviço de hotel. Todos no hotel fazem tudo pra que a gente se sinta em casa!

Cons:

Tudo ótimo, apenas o colchão poderia ser mais firme, mas este é um gosto pessoal.

Two couples. My wife and I stayed in the top suite…had our own rooftop and plenty of space and the shower was amazing…
