Overall - Very Good.
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness of the room was amazing.

The facilities were somewhat good, and our family loved the location which is just a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were excited to use the spa that t the hotel had. We were told that the spa had not been operational for a while now and they were awaiting approval, which it was disappointing.

Nice clean hotel with a great location a few minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Staff were welcoming . Bed was really clean and comfortable.

Cons:

$30 per night for parking was a lot.

Cons:

Fire alarm / had to evacuate twice, once at around 1030pm other after midnight. No offer of compensation ie free parking.

Great location
Pros:

Loved the location - so close to walk over and have a swim in the ocean or walk to restaurants and cafes.
The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. While there were no ocean views, it was lovely to listen to the sound of the ocean in the evening.

Good staff, great location but the room should have been much better.
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Floor was being renovated; I felt I paid for the location, not the room. The lounge had a strange musty smell and while there was a window which looked towards the beach, it was so dirty you could barely see through it.
