Amazing stay!
Pros:

Novotel is in a great location, we only need to walk across the road and we are already at the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We came for our wedding anniversary and we were grateful for the extra things and well wishes we received.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better.

Cons:

The bistro... the hours are too short and not very welcoming when you arrive half an hour before closing time, at breakfast time. by a gentleman at the front desk of the bistro. We only went once and preferred to eat breakfast at the cafe next door.
The mattress is too soft
I looked forward to the spa, but it was not working. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to it

Wasn’t value for money got breaky included it was cold the best thing was o got a poached egg cooked for me we brought a espresso coffee when went to pay for it was asked for a tip just for a coffee we already payed $467.00 and got locked out of our room

Given attending medical appointments was just what we needed a pleasant place to stay!
Pros:

I love the location near beach and nice restaurants

Cons:

I always begrudge having to pay extra for parking but at least cars are secure and easy access to the hotel!
