Not much we didn’t like!
Breakfast a bit expensive though.
Towels were very small and thin but no complaints otherwise

Given attending medical appointments was just what we needed a pleasant place to stay!
Pros:

I love the location near beach and nice restaurants

Cons:

I always begrudge having to pay extra for parking but at least cars are secure and easy access to the hotel!

Pros:

Location was great,able to walk everywhere.Staff at Novotel were always lovely and very obliging,esp front desk and restaurant.We would definitely come back again.

Disappointing
Pros:

Honestly the only good thing about our stay was reception check in.

Location of hotel was also handy

Very disappointing for celebrating our engagement


Couldn't sleep with all the noise and banging of doors

Shower was dirty - glass and lime scale build up on shower head.

Paid for movie deal of $34.95 and movies wouldn't load properly
The one that did was of such poor quality

This was our first stay at the Novatel and it will be our last
