The wellness center with a turkish steambad, 2 saunas, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool is available on week days between 07:00 and 10:30 hrs and in the weekend between 07:00 and 12:00. You can fully relax for just 15.00€ per person per day
In the afternoon and evening, the wellness center can be rented privately in time frames of 2 hours as of 95 euro.

Directions: Please use your GPS to reach the nearest parking lot 'Q-Park Lamot', which is located in the Guldenstraat. Take the exit 'Spar' and you'll walk straight into the hotel.

De locatie

Cons:

Privegebruik van de sauna. Bij de rondleiding werd pas verteld dat de stoomcabine kapot was, dat als het aangezet zou worden de stroom zou uitvallen. Als compensatie kregen we twee glaasjes cava maar als het vooraf aangegeven zou zijn geweest was beter geweest en zouden het misschien afzeggen omdat de stoomcabine één van de voornaamste redenen was om sauna ta boeken. Gelukkig hebben we daar veel vaker gebruik van gemaakt en was het altijd goed.

Pros:

I spontaneously attended a sporting event over the weekend and booked this hotel at short notice. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely come back again if I have to visit Mechelen.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Super nice staff, good location, very nice breakfast, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The „gym” was very disappointing, very small, one of the two available devices was out of order, only a few small weights.
I could hear everything happening in the hallway and people in the corridor could easily hear me.

Fijne plek voor bezoek aan Mechelen

Lokatie is perfect en parkeren is net aan de overkant. Alles is schoon. Mooie grote kamer

Cons:

Vieze tapijtje in de lift. En onze kamer zat met het raam bij een achtersteegje waar ‘s ochtends vrachtwagens rijsen en containers worden opgehaald.

A top class Hotel in a a top class location for a mid-range price. Thoroughly recommended.
Pros:

Hotel Ve was an absolutely superb find in the unbelievably beautiful city of Mechelen.

It's set in a charming small square on the riverfront with restaurants & bars all around. There's a secure Q Park carpark across the square, but check directions as you approach it via a one way system.

The hotel was fantastic. Airy large rooms, warm and well appointed, with a Smart TV if you want to lie in after a good night out watching YouTube etc. everything was beautifully clean and modern despite being seamlessly integrated into an old factory, of which there are traces preserved. The bed had no "great divide" and was comfortable as any I've slept in. The bathroom was huge with a nice big walk in shower.

There's a restaurant downstairs which serves a nice variety of foods in a classy yet comfortable setting.

The staff were perfect, speaking with me fluently in English & French (which is good as my Flemish is non-existent). They were warm, welcoming & helpful, but never intrusive.

Mechelen itself is a wonderful place to visit. A beautiful medieval city with stunning squares & streets, many restaurants , shops & bars. Eople are friendly & usually multilingual. It's also within easy train reach of Antwerp & Brussels for days out.

I've been travelling Europe for decades & must say that Mechelen (& Hotel Ve) have made my top 5 destinations after just one visit. We'll definitely return.

Leuk hotel met comfortabel bed en lekker ontbijt!
Pros:

De ligging, mooie gebouw en het ontbijt.
De kamer was ruim en had een goed bed.

Cons:

De wc in de open badkamer. Een wc apart is toch comfortabeler of een deur aan de badkamer..
