Bring your own water if staying in this hotel
Pros:

We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott West Covina for over a week and were upgraded to a King Suite for the last two nights. However, upon check-in, there was no soap or bottled water in the room.

When I went to the front desk to request water, a lady called Diana gave me two 237 ml bottles. I asked about the 500 ml bottles we had received during the rest of our stay, but she told me the hotel never provided that size and that the two small bottles were all I could have.

The issue was not only the lack of basic amenities, but also the dismissive attitude when I raised a reasonable concern. After staying for over a week and being upgraded to a suite, this was a disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from Marriott.
