100% will stay here again
Pros:

It is an older remodeled hotel but was clean and exceptionally maintained. Staff were accommodating and always nice. The location was perfect for us and all rooms have an ocean view.

Perfect. Ocean front. Great staff! Just what we needed !
Pros:

Clean neat. And ocean front

Cons:

Trash was all the way down on 1st floor at the end of building. I’m a time share at another facility and we have trash bins on each floor near elevators

Expectations met.
Pros:

Visible security was nice to see. Maintenance staff came promptly to fix the door electronics ... twice.

Cons:

[1] Disappointed the room didn't have a balcony with seating. Just a railing. If that was listed on the room description I missed it. [2] Our room was several floors above the pool. 11pm to close the pool seems kinda late. Screaming and yelling at that hour was difficult to understand. [3] Forcing new arrivals to hear sales property sales pitch in order to get a parking pass is BS. I felt it coming and shut that guy down right away. We didn't appreciate that at all.

It barely delivered on its promise.
Pros:

The staff was great. The beach was right there.
Even the waitresses at the tiki bar were super.

Cons:

The description promised a balcony but there was only a Juliet balcony. Not the same.
The tiki bar was ridiculous! No soft drinks and no hard cider. The food was only satisfactory.

Cons:

The bed covers were stained even the sheets and the mattress in the sofa bed was nasty. There was mold growing on the side of the dresser that was in the living room with the tv on it

NOT an RCI Silver Crown Resort!
Pros:

Poor quality unit and resort all around! Badly in need of updating! Wouldn’t let infant crawl on floor due to peeling tiles and dirt/sand. Had to have AC and toilet repaired. Unit quality tarnished first vacation with grandchildren. Truly an efficiency vs. a 1 bedroom. Cannot fit four adults around dinette table. Lack of storage space. For example, staff had kitchen utensils stored in the one dresser drawer under TV. Great location on beach. Staff tried hard, but not enough to compensate.

Love the location in the parking by the places you have to walk across the road for the parking really don't like that at all that I love Maritime we can pull up easy check in easy check out and love the service sir had a very good day definitely will be back
