The price was decent.

Cons:

The bed linens had stains on them, the bathroom door had a chunk missing from the bottom, there was a beer can that was used as an ash tray on our balcony, the bathroom sink was stained.

Tub had hair and dirty as hell, there was a roach in the bathroom and door to bathroom look like a rat chewed it, the ac worked when it wanted to and house keeping was like Houdini… property pics look better online then in person

Everything about the room was falling apart, the room was filthy to the bathroom and the floors.
The ac wasn’t working properly so the room felt muggy and humid.
