Pros:

When you opened the sliding glass door it was nice outside, by the pool. It was pretty.

Cons:

Foot prints in the shower, dirty sinks, unswept floors.

Very disappointed.
Cons:

We checked in later in the evening. When I went in to take a shower the tub was disgusting. There were numerous globs of hair in the bottom of the tub and it was very very dirty. I went to the front desk and was told it was too late to change rooms and then no one could clean the bathroom until the morning.

They have to be more honest if they want us to come back

During my stay at the hotel, I was required to pay a $50 deposit at check-in.

The time frame provided for the return of the deposit has already passed, and I have not yet received the refund, nor any explanation regarding the delay.

I had a terrible experience .
Pros:

Anything!!!!! The hotel is not what they advertised on the website.

Cons:

My door room didn’t work, it was unlocked because was broken. I asked the person on the front desk to change my room and he told my lol of the rooms had the same issue. Also, the say the offer free breakfast and the only thing they had was coffee.
