Fabulous stay and wonderful experience
Pros:

Check-in process is smooth. When entering the suite, feel like at home, with washer and dryer provided which is very helpful for few days stay with a big family. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, cutlery, oven and dishwasher is provided. Chose 3 bedroom suite for my family of 6 and the living room space and bed is comfortable. Came with bathtub too, which my kids enjoyed it. Swimming pool is indoor (1.5m depth for adult pool) and also has kids pool with warm water temperature, towels and mineral water are provided in the pool. Has kid play zone area and Osim massage chair. Breakfast options including local food, noodles, salad, fruit, dimsum and some western options like big breakfast and egg benedict. Hotel also linked to a mall which is convenient if you want to have a quick meal. Location of the hotel is good too.

Cons:

Breakfast options are almost the same during 6 days of stay. Maybe can make it more varieties =)

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location, the building part of a shopping mall and right across from the sichuan opera (which the staff helped me get tickets for). The room was spacious and comfortable and the personal washing machine was a huge help on a long trip.

Cons:

Nothing. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. If I am ever in chengdu again I intend to book this hotel again.

Great location for a short stay. Connected to a mall which had some restaurants and coffee or tea kiosks.
Pros:

Location is extremely central. Easy to get didi to anywhere, but we walked mostly.
Love the room size and the washer dryer. Lady at the check in counter gave us an upgrade to a room with balcony. Great to have the door open to ventilate the room because of the slight cigarette smell. Service is generally very good and helped me to call the restaurants for reservations.
Air condition works well and visibly looks clean throughout.

Cons:

1. Room had slight cigarette smell, there are many room sprays now which can be used to neutralise the smell
2. The drainage did have a stench. Most times it’s tolerable, but the wash basin is the worse. I hoped they do regular drainage cleaning
3. Sofa - again, there are many products out there to clean the fabric. I could smell the ‘body sweat’ left on the sofa by previous guests. To me that’s the most disgusting smell. Please clean or fabric clean the sofa often.
4. Pillow - I wished they have latex or foam pillows

We would definitely stay here again! Great location and amazing staff with quiet and clean rooms.
Pros:

Excellent access to all locations. Cleanliness impeccable in both common areas, facilities and our suite, with only exception being mouldy smell in sauna area and unclean cushions in reception area. Spacious room. Attention was paid to every detail, staff was exceptional for the most part with particular mention to the following. Lisa at reception provided excellent service in helping to organise our day trip to the mountains as well as proactively making suggestions during our stay and accompanied one of us to the pharmacy for assessment and medication. Her English competency was very beneficial. Michael the butler was always eager to assist with a warm smile and sense of humour. Coco, our housekeeper, was very thorough and pro-active. The breakfast staff were always attentive, accomodating, and quick. We especially enjoyed our warm welcome every morning at the dining entrance and Jessica who went beyond her role to passionately support our attempts at Chinese pronunciation. The quality of the breakfast was consistent with a good variety of western and local dishes. We also mention the reception and heir helpfulness including Doris who assisted us with our check-out.

Cons:

We could not use the sauna area as it smelled quite prominently of mould. The cleanliness of the reception lounge could be improved as this is the very first impression one has of the premises.
