Excelente experiencia. Hotel de lujo. Nuevo, moderno, limpio. La lavadora incluye función de secado. Excelentes vistas al centro de Chengdu, por la noche con la iluminación de los otros rascacielos parecía la película Blade Runner, ver imágenes que adjunto. Muchos armarios para guardar la ropa y el calzado. Sofá muy cómodo. Bañera para poder relajarse. Muy amables en recepción. Todo genial. Volvería al mismo hotel sin dudarlo.

Everything. The room was huge and the facilities in the room were exceptional. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the hotel facilities - particularly the swimming pool - were excellent.

We had a 3-bedroom unit which was very spacious & well-equipped with separate washer & dryer (very useful after our trip to jiuzhaigou!). Would also like to commend the front office staff Lisa Yang. She was the one who made our stay exceptional - from arranging hotel transfers to/from the train station and late check-out till 2 pm on our last day!
Aircon in the master bedroom was not working well in the master bedroom during our 1st stay. But it was fixed immediately when we reported it on our 3rd day there so we kind of regretted not reporting it earlier. Would be nice to put a bottle of hand wash at the kitchen sink too rather than only in the bathrooms. Also, on the day we were to go on a very early morning excursion to Bifengxia, we wanted to take away some breakfast items (which a hotel staff had informed us we could the day before), since we would not have time for the buffet breakfast. But when we got to the restaurant at 6 am, we were told by the restaurant staff that we were only allowed 1 takeaway box per person which would have been fine. Except that the takeaway box was very shallow and small. For such a top class hotel as the grand Parcvue, this seemed to be a rather petty and mean treatment of its guests. Perhaps it could take a leaf from other hotels like the ones we stayed in Patagonia where the hotel actually prepared proper takeaway breakfast boxes for guests who could not enjoy their buffet breakfast due to early morning excursions.
It’s close to all the attractions, making walking a continent. The staff was very helpful, specially Tina. She recommended some great local places for food and entertainment.
The room was MASSIVE, so spacious and having a washing machine made so much of a difference since we had been travelling for nearly 15 days at that point. The location was super central to with plenty of malls around and it's easy to get around the city. 100% reccomend.
the plugs weren't next to the beds, but other than that, everything else is fantastic
