Super séjour à chengdu
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement, l'agencement et les équipements, c'était parfait. Vue super également ! La localisation dans le centre est assez bonne. La piscine est super également !

Cons:

Le personnels surtout à l'accueil pas super aimable que ce soit en chinois ou en anglais. La localisation de l'entrée car c'est un sens unique donc parfois pas super pour les taxi et chauffeur.

Nous avions une suite pour 3 personnes. Il s agit d un appartement tout confort. Il est bien situé dans un endroit plus calme. Metro proche de l hôtel. Belle piscine et l eau était chaude. Il est situé dans une galerie ou l on trouve des restaurants.

OK for its price. But do not expect luxurious feeling.
Pros:

Very good house keeping. Room was always very tidy.

Helpful staff at front desk. They helped me verify for WeChat.

Very attentive staff.

Nice swimming pool.

Cons:

Breakfast: Stale bread. The toaster made high pitched noise that was audible in most of the breakfast area. The Asian food wasn't very impressive either.

Sauna: The wooden sauna had boards coming loose. The steam sauna had the roof falling apart. Very badly maintained.

Gym: OK machines, but they are very old.

The wooden floor in the room didn't feel very good. The boards were no longer sticking together properly.

TV: Very old. The hotel would be a lot better if there was a smart tv where I could log into YouTube of Netflix. The hotel has VPN so that would work.

In general it feels like the hotel was built with luxury in mind, but the management do not know how to do proper maintainence and keep things current and luxurious.

Given the price it's still quite a good hotel. But do not expect modern luxury.

Estupenda estancia
Pros:

El hotel superó totalmente nuestras expectativas. La habitación/apartamento que nos dieron era enorme, con lavadora-secadora que representa una comodidad absoluta para los que viajamos con poca ropa y tenemos que ir limpiando durando el viaje. Las camas comodísimas, las mejores de todo el viaje con diferencia. Las instalaciones también eran estupendas y la piscina perfecta. Con muy buenas opciones donde comer alrededor y con servicios. A un paseo (30/40min) de los principales atractivos de la ciudad.

Grande Hotel di Lusso
Pros:

Hotel eccellente, staff gentile e disponibile e parlava inglese perfettamente, accoglienza calorosissima con tanto di frutta e tè di benvenuto. Stanza pulita, grande, comoda e con balcone, ad un prezzo relativamente buono, leggermente più alto della media degli hotel di questo stampo in Cina, ma comunque buonissimo. Tornerei sicuramente
