Not bad but next visit I will try another hotel
Pros:

Big room and comfort bed. Location is central. Parking is easy and free.

Cons:

Swimming pool water was bit cold for kids. Was told 31 digress but seems 28 plus. Breakfast place was little crowded and not a big selection. When I booking through booking.com , would upgrade but didn’t upgrade ether. Only thing I asked for late check out which I got checked out 2pm.

Amazing room, amazing service, very good location
Pros:

I came with high expectations and was blown away: the room size (large, with a large refrigerator and a kitchen), the cleanliness, the sound insulation, the breakfast, the internet (fast and with the regular Western websites like Google accessible).

The location is right in the middle of a large and modern retail area, with Chunxi Road and restaurants within 25 minutes' walk. The views out of the window are grand.

If I ever pass through Chengdu again, I will stay here

Cons:

The closest metro entrance is a good 15 minutes' walk, if counting the time it takes to cross two wide roads.

Pros:

This is a truly excellent hotel. It has excellent facilities and service and clean, spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a great spot in the city and is peaceful and quiet. And the cutest robot ever brings the food to your door if you order delivery. Plus I got a free upgrade!
