Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Perfect two bedrooms for 4 of us. Lots of closet space. We used the washing machine and dryer everyday. The kitchen was well-equipped.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We also ordered fish porridge from the menu, it was very good.

The hotel is connected to a mall full of good restaurants. That was a great plus.

Cons:

The staff was polite and helpful but rather cold.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with a few practical improvements needed.
Pros:

The accommodation was particularly spacious, comfortable and well designed. I appreciated the separate walk in dressing area, the large television that could rotate between the bed and sofa, and the convenience of having a kitchenette and washing machine.
The bathroom was also generously sized, with both a bathtub and a separate shower. My room was on the 29th floor and offered impressive views over the city.
Overall, the accommodation provided a comfortable environment with plenty of space and useful facilities, making it a pleasant place to stay while exploring Chengdu

Cons:

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a few details that could be improved.
At check in, I was informed that my room had been upgraded. However, the accommodation appeared to be exactly the same room category and layout shown in my original Booking.com reservation. I was therefore unsure what the upgrade actually involved. It would be helpful if staff could explain this more clearly.
Athough the kitchenette was useful, it lacked basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and cooking oil. For someone staying only a few nights, purchasing full sized products is impractical. Providing small starter quantities would make the kitchen facilities more convenient and encourage guests to use them.
These are relatively minor points rather than major complaints, but addressing them would make the experience feel more complete and better suited to the standard of accommodation offered.

We kregen een waanzinnige kamer op 38 hoog en zo fijn gewoon de faciliteiten van een eigen appartement te hebben. Een heerlijke bank en een eigen was / droog combinatie ideaal!! Wifi inclusief VPN gewoon top dit!

Это второй раз моего проживания в отеле. Я была здесь год назад и выбрала этот отель, потому что он мне очень понравился. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию, и в итоге я неделю жила на 35 этаже. Виды на город потрясающие. Кровать - самая удобная, что когда была у меня в отеле. Белье меняли через день, и оно было отличного качества. Уборка была каждый день. Каждый день после уборки ставили 2 бутылки воды. Мне понравилось, что кондиционер был свой в каждой комнате, что делало пребывание комфортным. Завтрак мне тоже понравился. Станция метро в в 10-15 минутах ходьбы. К отелю прилегает торговый центр, где можно прекрасно поесть. Большое спасибо этому отелю за комфортный отдых !

Немного снизила оценку за скорость интернета. Я была по работе, и это мешало. Еще возник немного странный момент с получением документов по оплате. Они были мне нужны для отчета по расходам на работе. Мы с коллегой улетали в ночь с субботы на воскресенье. И мы заранее просили подготовить счет-фактуру и чек. Нам сказали, что все будет в порядке. Однако неожиданно вечером в пятницу, за день до отъезда, когда мы решили напомнить об этом, мужчина на ресешепн сказал, что не будет печати на счет-фактуре, потому что завтра выходные, и также не будет чека, потому что у него нет доступа к системе. Мы, конечно, расстроились, но утром в субботу я решила снова спросить об этом, т.к. жизненный опыт подсказывал, что, возможно, проблема в персонале. Утром девушка без труда выдала мне чек, но фактуру и, правда, не подписали из-за выходных. Но уже это не было проблемой, т.к. был чек. Спасибо ей огромное. Пишу это для того, чтобы вы заранее занимались своими документами для отчета и имели в виду, что в выходные могут быть проблемы. И если есть проблемы, возможно, нужно попробовать еще раз.

Excellent location, great rooms with affordable prices
Pros:

The hotel location is great, at the very heart of Chengdu and near a lot of major attractions (like Chunxi Road, People's Park, Tianfu Square, the Yulin area). Around the hotel there are many places to eat, be it a quick street food snack or proper sit-down restaurants. The hotel is connected to a nearby mall where you can find multiple options for coffee, food, tea and snacks, which was also a plus.

There's a metro station less than 5 mins from the hotel and a bus stop nearby. Didis are also very convenient, especially because the hotel has a dedicated boarding area so you don't have to wait at the road itself.

In general, only the reception staff spoke english, but we didn't have issues communicating with other people via translator apps – they always did their best to help us.

The room was HUGE, and it was even the largest in our floor. It had a dedicated kitchen, the bathroom had separate entrances to the kitchen and the bedroom, and the shower and the bathtub were separate too. The water pressure wasn't the greatest, but it was still very good.

The bed was comfortable and had the best pillows I've ever had in a hotel.

Cons:

The complimentary WiFi was bad. It was very unstable, kept dropping the connection and wouldn't load even chinese apps and websites (like Amap and Baidu).

ESPETACULAR
Pros:

O conforto, decoração e o tamanho dos apartamentos são espetaculares. O perfume é maravilhoso assim como o bom gosto da decoração de todos os ambientes do hotel. A cordialidade dos funcionários é indescritível! Os amenities fornecidos são muito muito bons. A roupa de cama, travesseiros e toalhas são super macias! O café da manhã é ESPETACULAR com muitas opções ocidentais. O ambiente da piscina é extremamente acolhedor. Academia completíssima! Hotel novo e impecável! Nota 1000.
