Comfortable stay in a great location, but room service let us down
Pros:

We really liked the room size and how well the space was organised. The kitchen facilities and appliances were excellent, with everything ready to use, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. A lovely touch was the gaiwan with complimentary local tea, which made the stay feel more connected to the local culture.

The location was also great, close to the river and the main square. One of the highlights was being near an incredible Michelin-starred Sichuan restaurant, which gave us the chance to experience the local cuisine in the best possible way.

Cons:

The room service was disappointing and did not meet the standard we would expect from a five-star international hotel. We were very tired and decided to order in, but my partner was unable to place the order in English. We were also not informed that the dish we ordered was sold out, and instead received a different item that we did not want to eat, but still had to pay for. On top of that, we waited over 40 minutes for the wrong order to arrive, so by that point we were really hungry. In hindsight, we wish we had known earlier about the Michelin-starred restaurant next door.

Идеальный отель. Большой размер номеров. Огромные шкафы для одежды. Очень тихие комнаты, не слышно соседей. Понравился завтрак на седьмом этаже с красивым видом на город.

Huge rooms and great location!
Pros:

Room was huge and had plenty of space. The hotel is attached to a mall, though it's a quiet mall so not many things in there and mostly restaurants. The location is still pretty central and it's easy to get around. Staff was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The housekeeping staff immediately comes over to check on whatever we ask about. The kids enjoyed the playroom.

Cons:

Not much option for breakfast and there were a lot of fried dishes. Would have been nicer to have other non-fried options for a complete meal also. Room service could be better. We ordered oatmeal and they gave us a bowl of uncooked oats, which we had to cook ourselves! Sometimes, we forget to wash the dishes and cutlery that we used when we're rushing to go out and the staff cleans it except I saw the sponge that they used is not new and clean.

Alles super!
Pros:

Das ParcVue in Chengdu hat unsere hohen Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Wir waren drei Wochen mit der Familie in China unterwegs und haben in unterschiedlichen Hotels und Zimmerkategorien übernachtet. Aber das großzügige Familienzimmer mit 90 m2 war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem hat das Hotel ein sehr grosses Gym, einen wunderschönen Pool und eine Tischtennisplatte. Unsere Kinder haben es genossen. Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Large 3 bedroom suite was perfect for an extended family. All the conveniences of an apartment in a full service hotel.

Two cute and hardworking robots deliver food and shopping deliveries right to your door.

Genuinely sincere and friendly staff, particularly the Resident Butler and housekeeping.
