Highly recommend
Pros:

Great central location. We had a big comfortable and clean room on the 36th floor. Breakfast had a wide range of options and was delicious. Swimming pool was great.

Great value. Consistent service
Pros:

Second time staying first time in 2024, great experience. Consistent service from the last experince as last time. Breakfast was great, highly advise getting breakfast included.

Great staff. Tina Wang helped us exchange some money and helped out greatly!

Recommended, very good hotel
Pros:

Room was excellent and clean. Check in was efficient. Breakfast was generally good quality and english breakfast tea was provided. Good range and quality of breakfast items.

Cons:

Pastries were a little dry.

Expérience exceptionnelle, un hôtel digne d’un 10/10
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une chambre extrêmement spacieuse, propre et très bien aménagée. Nous avons été surclassés et avons séjourné dans une suite d’environ 70 m² au 35e étage, avec une vue incroyable sur la ville, ce qui a rendu l’expérience vraiment mémorable. C’est clairement le plus bel hôtel que nous ayons fait durant notre voyage de 3 semaines en Chine (Pékin, Xi’an, Zhangjiajie, Chengdu et Shanghai).
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié. L’établissement est irréprochable en termes de propreté et propose des équipements très appréciables, comme une salle avec des fauteuils de massage gratuits et une salle de sport bien équipée, y compris pour la musculation. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel, la chambre est parfaitement entretenue chaque jour… tout était vraiment parfait. Merci à cet hôtel et son staff !!!

Very convenient next to the mall with restaurants and coffee shops.
Pros:

We had the superior room with the kitchen, washing machine in the room. Was nice to have. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
