Momentos felizes com os amigos que possibilitou conhercermos muitas pessoas legais.
Pros:

Gostei das piscinas especialmente da Spash, uma piscina/bar. A equipe é muito boa, sempre abastecendo os alimentos e quando não encontra e solicita somos prontamente atendidos. Nosso primeiro quarto houve um problema com a fechadura da porta e foram arrumar rapidamente e como o consertaram a porta mas mesmo assim não funcionava os nossos cartões, solicitamos a troca por outro quarto e fomos atendidos.

Cons:

Não gostei do colchão da cama de solteiro. Não usamos ela, mas a minha filha tivesse ido também talvez fosse um problema.

Não se compara a outros Vila Galés
Pros:

O conforto do quarto, amplo, bem equipados, limpeza impecável. D. Cláudia da limpeza é muito cuidadosa! O time do clube Kids também são muito atenciosos. A programação musical do hotel também é legal. Beira da praia e do lado da Lagoa do Cauipe. Para quem gosta de sossego e privacidade.

Cons:

O serviço de alimentação. Demora com pedidos simples. O hotel nem estava lotado. Demora e falta de atendimento em algumas situações. Também é muito distante do Centrinho de Cumbuco se a pessoa nao estiver de carro fica "presa" no hotel que nao tem muita opção de lazer especialmente a noite. Comida cara e sem ingredientes e opções nobres comuns em resorts.
