Comida muito boa, piscina sempre limpa, diversidade de bebidas, equipe atenciosa.

O restaurante principal não é climatizado, então é muito calor, mesmo de noite. Não ligavam todos os ventiladores. A iluminação externa é fraca, dificultando a mobilidade de noite com idosos e crianças. Quando escolhi o resort olhei entretenimento kids, meu filho tem 1 ano e 3 meses. Gostei a biblioteca/área kids, porém, eles fechavam as 17:30, até mesmo a parte externa onde tinha o playground, e reabriam somente essa parte do escorregador externo as 19 horas. Porém, este é o horário que tiramos as crianças da água, damos banho.. até a hora da janta não tinha nada para fazer com meu filho, nenhuma área kids para leva-lo brincar. Acredito que entre as 17:30 e as 19 hrs seria necessário ter um espaço aberto para as crianças.

Não vale o preço da diária.
Pros:

A localização perto da lagoa e na frente do mar. Além disso, se você procura um lugar para relaxar, acredito que faça sentido.

Cons:

Café da manhã: 2 dias eles serviram na mesa e bem desorganizados. No terceiro dia foi buffet e as 07:40 ainda não estava com todo o café para os hóspedes. Os funcionários tentam ajudar, mas me parece um problema mais de gestão do hotel.

Piscina coberta: ela só tem acesso aos hóspedes que fazem algum tratamento na área de wellness. Eu fiz, mas a piscina e a hidromassagem estavam quebradas. O hotel só tem 2 anos e tem problemas na estrutura.

Restaurante da piscina: haviam comidas que estavam no cardápio, mas não tinha ingredientes para servi-los.

porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, em todos os aspectos, oferta de diversão e lazer muito pobres, funcionários despreparados, restaurante do hotel com pouquíssimas opções de comida, só tinha literalmente feijoada eram 5 ou mais travessas, todas elas apenas feijoada

Pros:

Achei a estrutura do hotel incrível, o quarto muito confortável, os funcionários muito bem preparados e prestativos, limpeza impecável, a área do SPA maravilhosa, o serviço de massagem e wellness perfeito e o restaurante sofisticado.
