Perfect airport hotel
Pros:

The proximity to the airport makes this a great spot for departing, especially early flights. The free shuttle was a bonus. The beds and pillows are heavenly.

Cons:

The food I ordered lacked real flavor other than the Soto Ayam which was delightful.

Overall you get what you paid for. This is no luxury hotel so if you go with low expectations you won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and so was the staff! Very friendly

Cons:

I could hear whoever was stomping upstairs so the insulation was awful. Early
Morning could hear azaan from a mosque nearby which woke us up.

Oké voor 1 nacht voor/na vlucht, gehorig hotel
Pros:

We bleven hier 1 nacht vanwege een vroege vlucht, de locatie is daar handig voor. Er is een gratis shuttle die je in 10 minuten (in de rustige ochtend lukte dat) naar de luchthaven rijd. De shuttle ging ieder uur op het uur.
We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten zoals zwembad, gym en bars maar het ziet er wel goed uit. Onze kamer was netjes schoon. De bedden zijn comfortabel.

Cons:

Het is niet voor lichte slapers.. het is natuurlijk een plek waar veel mensen gebruik van maken in verband met vluchten en op allerlei tijdstippen arriveren of vertrekken. Maar het was wel erg gehorig. Ik hoorde andere mensen meubels schuiven en kinderen huilen. Verder maakte onze airco lawaai, én een heel vervelend tikkend geluid. Er waren ook veel muggen in onze kamer. Het stopcontact naast mijn bed deed het niet.

Convenient mid-range hotel near airport
Pros:

Regular hourly shuttle from airport. Efficient check-in and clean rooms. Very helpful placing our teenagers in an adjoining room. Water bottles available in room and big water cooler in hallway. Nice kettle provided for tea and coffee.

Cons:

I suspect that either there is a corrupt hotel staff member or an easily hacked computer system at this hotel. After booking thru the booking platform, I was contacted twice by an unknown person via WhatsApp. This entity knew my name, booking confirmation number and exact dates of stay. Clearly, there is some sort of leak. I've booked thru this platform for several hotels before and this is the first time I've experienced this security issue. It appears Harris is knowledgeable and proactive of the issue, as they provided a warning ahead of time.

Great location, value for money
Pros:

It’s in a great location and the food was delicious, overall I would recommend the Harris Hotel Tuban.
We only used the hotel for a transit room as we had a late flight.

Perfect for short stay near airport.
Pros:

Very near the airport and free shuttle is provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect if you needed a night near the airport. We can get a Grab to go anywhere as well.

Cons:

While everything was great, the breakfast seemed a little subpar. The bathroom in my room needed a deep clean as the sides looks dirty and I accidentally touched the wall it was a bit slimy. Overall it’s not thaaaat bad, just needs to improve on these.

A fantastic place to stay near the airport!
Pros:

Great service due to fantastic staff. It’s also super close to the airport!. After staying a night, we left for 6 days and then came back and stayed another night. We were able to leave some luggage at the hotel while we were gone. That’s an excellent perk of this hotel.

Cons:

The only issue was I wished the air conditioner could be set a couple degrees lower but it wasn’t that big of deal.
