Pros:

Beach is hardly at 2 mins distance from the property and the location is pretty good. 7-11 is just beside the hotel at 1 min walk. Also it is surrounded by good cafes and restaurant nearby.
Room is of comfortable size and clean.
Little bit of improvements can be made in the breakfast as the menu is very limited and there are hardly any option for vegetarian people.

Cons:

A weird Sewage smell comes during the day time, which I am not sure from where exactly.
Also the swimming pool area looks to be very less maintained.
